Absolutely this is no tbe place. I really want to get this to higher level and I will. People are going there is for reason . They need help mentally etc… so they know what they are getting. The fact that they have… preferences, rude and how they manage situations is insane. They make you feel welcome and a lot sweet and kind. Reallity!! Rude, they a lot stealing, then ypu communicate situations and is a lot meeting but nothing changes and preferred people for them with out listening the other person. HORRIBLE!!! I will speak with higher level in regard to this. Since my daughter was kick out . And I have to fly and pick her up . If not they literally told me over the phone . SHE WILL BE IN THE STREET WOTJ ALL HER STUFF ( like a homeless) a great way to rehabilitate person .

3 month IOP meetings and I wanted to continue! I was so fortunate to join a group with the most amazing therapist, Angelika. She was incredible and full of knowledge! She has the ability to make our group seem more like… a family. We always had a topic to speak on, apart from how our days/weekends and anything that people would like to share. Her huge smile makes the group soothing and fun. She includes everyone and listens to your struggles. Very respectful and genuinely cares about her group! I would highly recommend giving IOP a shot and hopefully be placed in Angelika's group. I went in as a substance abuse and It's truly informative and touches on all life's aspects and addictions. Angelika is just fantastic and makes sure we end groups on a positive note. Overall great program, and learning of tools to continue recovery and I have to say it again; Angelika is an amazing Individual with a big heart!

I thought about what I would say, but I am at a loss of words due to the impact they had on me. I never knew a group of people could care so much and build lifelong relationships so quickly. The staff (Hanna, Bri,… Christen, Shawna, and Barry)are amazing. Without a doubt, some of them have been where you are, and they genuinely care about seeing you grow into the person you want to be. The therapists(Jeff, Amelia, Andrea,Gary, and Chardenae ) really helped me get through what I needed to work through. Techs (Sue, Jeremy, Nick, Marcus, Klaud, and Nigel were amazing because they care about you and want to see you succeed. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come. I would not be here today without their support.

Great experience! I’m proud to say I’m 2 years, 1 month, and 24 days sober. I couldn’t have done it without OTS and the support I received along the way. I’m truly grateful for the program and appreciate their billing… department for taking the time to provide clarification and help me understand everything

Had an overall great experience at OTS. All the techs, especially Lindsay and Sue were amazing!! Lindsay made everything around housing a lot smoother and was really good to us. She really was the best worker there !!… Clinical was okay, the groups could’ve been a bit more useful. We had to be at clinicals on Saturdays even though we had no actual real therapy going on. My therapist Andrea was awesome! Would definitely recommend to somebody else looking for a php.

I’m extremely grateful for my experience at Orlando Treatment Solutions. Going into treatment was slightly intimidating, especially when you don’t know what to expect, but the staff (regardless of how I was feeling)… made me feel welcomed and supported from the beginning. What managed to stand out to me most was that OTS wasn’t just about getting through treatment, it was about learning how to live productively for yourself and others. The daily groups gave me a better understanding of myself and my recovery. The staff such as Bri, Hanna, Kristen, Barry, Jeremy, Ashley, Claude, Shauna, etc. were always willing to listen, answer questions, make accommodations and help whenever I needed it. I’m especially thankful for the people I met along the way. Having people around who understand what you’re going through makes a huge difference, and the sense of community helped me feel less alone. No program is perfect, and everyone’s experience is going to be different, but for me, OTS gave me the support, structure, and tools I needed to start building a better future for myself. I would absolutely recommend Orlando Treatment Solutions to anyone who is ready to make a change and give themselves a real chance at a better life.

My son attended OTS after 16 years in and out of rehabs. The place is a remarkable facility. I have never in the 16 years of my son’s addiction did I actually see a change in him. The faculty is amazing. There is a very… special man named Jeremy that saved my son’s life and made a change in him. He is a blessing! Words cannot describe how much he gives himself to help addicts turn the page of their lives If you need help please call the center.

I...LOVE Orlando Treatment Solutions. The groups are friendly, casual, but at the same time deep and educational. The program is very accommodating. Hanna is an amazing case worker, she will go above and beyond to help… you get what you need whether it's an ID, a phone, a living situation, and much more (even free glasses!). Jeremy at the Foxhound house is incredibly funny, warm, welcoming, and just all around awesome. Of course I'll never forget Chardanae who is bubbly, beautiful, and a brilliant therapist. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking real treatment and a better future. May the Force be with you all 🙏.

What an awesome program for those struggling. The technician Jeremy is one of a kind awesome. I really recommend this program for individuals with mental health issues and addiction/ impulse control issues. The staff… here are awesome and supportive. I recommend this program to those needing help. The case manager Hannah is fantastic and will give you all the resources you need to succeed. It has been a transformative and enlightening program. I feel like I am a changed man for the better and I am much more mentally healthy and have the proper coping mechanisms for life. I can't thank the staff and patients here enough. I am very happy to have gone through this program. I am sober minded and making positive choices going forward. Thanks for reading my review

all staff members played a key part in my successful journey to recovery after many failed attempts at recovery . I learned through outings to have fun in recovery without having to use. Special shout outs to my… therapist Amelia and Andrea. The program director Christen always had an open door policy always being available to listen and help out. To the guys at housing: Nick and Andrew i am forever grateful for a kickstart to my new way of life. You guys at housing made it a true family experience. Jeremy , you greeting as we get off the van from clinical with a smile, hug and positive acclamation got me through the day. I am forever grateful for OTS and highly recommend this place to everyone

To the amazing team at Orlando Treatment Solutions, I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. When I first came to you, I wasn’t sure what my future would look like. Now, I’ve learned… something I never thought I’d say: that sobriety can actually be fun. And that real friendships can grow here. Recovery isn’t just about putting down substances, it’s about learning how to live again, and you helped me learn that. The memories, the groups, the laughs, and the friendships will stay with me forever. And Jeremy, man, you made things so much easier, so much lighter. Your humor and good vibes never went unnoticed. You reminded me that recovery doesn’t have to be miserable. It can actually be fun. And Hannah, thank you for looking out for me since day one, always making sure I got everything done that I needed to. And for absolutely kicking ass on the paintball field. That was epic. Thank you for being in my corner and for making this journey something I can be proud of. With sincere appreciation, Justin Southard.

As I arrived at Orlando treatment solutions I was very nervous and very anxious as most are when they first get there. Within the first day, I was welcomed by everyone. Barry was the admissions liaison who put my mind… at ease when I first got there. He sat with me, explained everything and was thorough and answered any questions that I had. I was then off to meet the Program director Christen. She was so kind and compassionate and made me feel welcomed the first time I met her. She is great at what she does and she goes above and beyond to help anybody. Next, I met Hannah, our case manager, she sat down with me and explained Her role there. She explained everything so detailed and told me all of the resources that she had that were available to me. She was so kind and compassionate. She was great from the beginning very friendly very helpful. I’d like to shout out to everyone of our techs at our woman’s house. They were amazing. I never once felt like a burden. They always had an ear open and were always checking on us to make sure we were OK and if we needed to talk. I never felt more comfortable talking to these beautiful ladies as I did during my time here. There were days where I felt down there were days that I had anxiety, and there were days that I wasn’t feeling Well, because I was having some medical issues as well during my stay there. These techs were Adero, Sue, Lindsey, Daisy, and Kendra. These beautiful women were such an asset to my sobriety during my stay there they’ll never know just how important they are in my life. Thank you so much for always listening to me always supporting me and always having my back. God bless you all. The group meetings at Orlando treatment center were absolutely amazing. The therapist that we had were Chardonnay, Andrea, Shane, Jeff, Derek, Gary, and Amelia. I hopefully didn’t miss anybody. They were always supportive in every way shape or form in our rehabilitation. They were always around if you needed to talk even if they weren’t your assigned therapist They gave us coping skills on how to stay sober taught us about sobriety, etc. I really can’t say one negative thing about this place. I honestly can’t, they made me feel very welcomed. They made me feel very cared about very loved and very treasured. They went above and beyond on many instances to help me with certain things and I can’t say thank you enough to the staff. If you have to come to Orlando treatment services, you will not be disappointed. I promise you will get everything you need out of this place and they will prepare you for the real world and give you tools to help you prepare for the things that you may not know you’re gonna have to overcome in the future. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything that you do there. You’ll forever be in my heart and I can’t express my gratefulness to the staff and the clients that I met along the way. Thank you, and God bless.

I want to give ultimate… thanks to Shawna the housing director. Also Hanna,Brie...+ more! Furthermore the house managers were terrific. Made me feel like I was at home. Very safe and secure a wonderful place to be by far Elsa want to mention Lindsay. Lindsay was amazing! House is full of flies. Your food will get stolen by your roommates 100%. The staff loves to throw the words “you are an addict” around which was very insulting to me personally and never sat right with me. All you do… is sit in a class for 5 hours and then go back to house and lay in bed doing nothing with your time for the rest of the day. I relapsed in this place because it was driving me to insanity. That’s all, Do better OTS

I had a very negative experience at OTS. During my time there, I felt singled out and unfairly treated by certain staff members. Instead of feeling supported, I often felt judged and targeted, which made an already… difficult situation even harder. One staff member, Sue, made comments toward me that felt dismissive and hurtful rather than helpful. She told me that I have a lot of problems and that left me feeling very judged rather than supported. I understand accountability is important in recovery, but the way things were handled left me feeling shamed instead of supported. The environment did not feel emotionally safe for me or my friend, and the overall experience seriously affected my trust in the program. I hope OTS takes concerns like this more seriously moving forward and works on creating a more respectful and compassionate environment for patients.

Very mixed experience. The housing is clean and the BHTs are kind and supportive, which I appreciated. However, the clinical side is extremely poor. Therapy is unstructured and often feels like a waste of time. One… therapist, Chardonnay, may be nice, but consistently showed up late and unprepared. We spent entire sessions talking about things like what meal we’d eat for the rest of our lives—completely inappropriate for a treatment setting. There also seems to be a strong focus on insurance over actual care. For example, clients are required to stay on Saturdays until 3:00 with no real treatment—just free time—because, as staff openly stated, it’s for insurance purposes. On top of that, both the director of housing and the clinical director were difficult and dismissive to interact with. Overall, while the housing and some staff are positives, the lack of real therapy and the apparent insurance-driven priorities make this hard to recommend.
