Having been worked in the community mental health field for over 8 years and I can speak from experience when I say not everyone who is in the field does a good job. Karissa is by far one of the most thorough,… attentive, supportive and relatable provider that I have encountered. I highly recommend her without hesitation. Edit- as I forgot to send this months ago and Karissa is no longer there. I went today for the first time in months and the office staff is still amazing and friendly and welcoming. The new provider Nita is just as awesome. Understanding, representative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Love this place

This place if very disorganized and has poor communication. My son was referred to see a psychiatrist by his pediatrician and I found this place. Not once from the time I made the appointment to the day of the… appointment was I informed my son was too young to evaluate. We waited over 20 minutes past our appointment time and the provider immediately told us upon entering her room that my son was too young to evaluate. These people wasted our time and no one has taken accountability for this and won’t direct us to the right person to get this discussed. This place has the worse communication.

My session today with Melissa was Great! I opened up more and she was right there. She asks what are you going to do about it and supportive of my answer. She liked my planned approach. And I her thoughts on the sheet.… She answered my questions and I agreed with what she wants to work on. Want to dive right in next time and keep making progress.

The office staff is wonderful. It’s such a serene environment. I always feel very comfortable there. Shania is wonderful. She’s always at my beck and call. She helps me with anything I need and so is Michaela.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit two different locations, and the New Port Richey office truly stands out. The staff here is incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. I also really… appreciate the comfortable chairs and the Bluetooth headphones that let me listen to my own meditation music or watch something on the flat‑screen TVs during my private session. It creates such a calming, personalized experience. Highly recommend this location.

Therapist was nice, first I was a little nervous but she made me feel comfortable enough to talk.

I must say I am quite pleased with my appointments both doctors are highly educated in the field I am quite happy Mainly because I get to talk to two elegant women when I haven't talked to anybody else in several months… so it's very pleasing I can't thank them enough
