KMH Medical Services LLC – Baltimore Detox and Rehab Services

The register shows KMH Medical Services LLC – Baltimore providing residential treatment and intensive outpatient. The structured element runs during the day and people go home afterwards. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

KMH IS THE BEST TREATMENT YOU WILL FIND IN BALTIMORE PERIOD.....

I'd like to say that this program is nothing more then a way for them to make money,They make rules for clients and the staff break them as they feel fit..For example they say there's a 60 day blackout and no exceptions… but then people come there off streets from using and can do avoid this 60 day's because they know how to do things Dr Kelly needs so they don't have a blackout or maybe 2 weeks and can do as they want as long as she and her program gets what benefits them.To me this is not a good example to set for people trying to recover..Also this program is not set up for you to work a full time job they expect you to take 2 day's out of Monday Thur Friday to do groups which makes it impossible to work a normal full time job and if you say anything about it there response is find a new job with a schedule that works for them and company's don't do that so they encourage and take you to social services to be on welfare and put in for SSI which is crazy!!!Some people don't want to work the system and be on welfare but this KMH gives a person no opinions,But when you call to ask for information they tell you different to get you in here so they can at least get what they can from your insurance which is totally WRONG!!So I would encourage anyone looking for a rehab to not come here because this is based on keeping people failing over and over and all you have to do is look at there clients 90% Have been Thur KMH and I mean MULTIPLE TIMES!!So I'd definitely stay away from this program because they will do everything in there power to keep you hear as long as they can and make sure you fail after you leave so they can count on repeat customers as you can see now!!! AVOID THIS SET UP IF YOU WANT TO TRY TO STAY CLEAN!!Also if you decide to try this place out know they will charge you a 150.00 a month for food they cook and buy weather you like it or not, everyone pays and they will encourage you and take you to welfare for food stamps so they can have them, and if not you still pay out of pocket then...To me this is just greedy for them to do just look up how much is charged for residential treatment it's crazy expensive for a example something like 1500.00 a day and yes a day and that's the low end this is what insurance pays and they just keep opening there arm's up for the same people over and over because that's how they have it set up!!!So I encourage you to check in to it before you make a move to send anybody and you'll see what I'm saying...

MS KELLY WELL MEET SOON, BUT FROM MY UNDERSTANDING SO FAR WITH JUST MY PROCRASTINATION MS KELLY IS PATIENT BECAUSE LORD KNOWS THIS BED COULD OF WENT TO ANYONE AND GRATEFULLY IT WAS ME. I AM COMFORTABLE I FEEL SAFE AND SATISFIED WITH MY CARE AND I PRAY IT CONTINUES THIS WAY. I WANT HELP I WANT THE BEST HELP AND I FEEL IM ALREADY RECEIVING THAT WITH PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTANDS ME. MY SITUATION MY COMPLEXITY. I DONT FEEL JUDGED IM OPEN TO RECOVERY AND RECEIVING HELP, ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFER ARE JUST MAD THEY COULDNT GET HIGH. AND WANT TO BLAME EVERYONE FOR THEIR PEOBLEMS. My wife & I went to the program & because Avery told us we could smoke a blunt in the backyard Dr. Kelly kicked us out. They are unorganized and all you do is sit around all damn day. I’m now in Misha house and I’ve had… more structure than I did when I was in the program back in 2023. They enable you and Dr. Kelly got her favorites and I’m confused because majority of her employees smoke marijuana and I’m sure she’s aware. I also feel like because we were the only lesbian couple they did what they did. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want serious help.

I came here a few years ago, Dr Kelly, Devon, Leo and all them at the facility are GREAT. I wasn't in the best state of mind there and with recovery if you don't want it you're not going to get it, but they truly worked… with me as much as they could. I personally just needed to get out of the city (going on 16 months clean now). However when I was there the house managers seemed to just make up rules as they go, there were times I was locked out of the house. The house manager using, and I think a lot of it stems from hiring the patients. But as far as the program goes, it is what you make it and I appreciate everyone at the facility that tried working with me.

As I have been with KMH for 3 months now. And all I see is good things happening for the people who are serious about there recovery. Dr.Kelly does all that she can to make it possible for the recovere to get what the… program is ment to do. Help people find there way back to a positive way of living. As a client I have seen all kinds of people come in and out of this place. KMH is a wonderful place to get a understanding of what you want and how to go about getting it. Recovery that is, if you really want it.

First things first Dr. Kelly and Devin ( Her son) are both amazing people who I have been seeing since before she started housing for php and iop which I had my problems at times as most all us addicts do. She literally… saved my life and was always there if I needed to talk or needed anything. I referred several clients there and some are still there doing amazing. I'm no longer there because of some issues that happened but that's nothing to say anything bad about . I will say that if your trying to change your life and really want it for sure then this is definitely 💯 👌 program. Your not just a client there You are part of a family. I owe my life to Ms Kelly and Devin and wish things would have gotten talked about between us before I left there. Dr Kelly and Devin thank you for everything and I truly love and miss you guys

This is for anyone who is trying to break the cycle of back and forth dealings with the Disease of Addiction and truly wants their lives back, I highly recommend "KMH Medical Services ". I was Blessed to find this… program when I walked away from a well known program with No results from the treatment plan, which left me deeper in a dark place, but by his grace I wandered into "KMH "shortly after they opened. I met Dr. K, her staff/extended family and was given their approach to getting me out of the storm of Addiction and I've been here since ! I believe that KMH stands for, "Kindness.Medicine.Heals "and why it's truly the Best place for you, me, and anyone else who's trying to recover their life !

KMH medical service has saved my life. Kelly is an amazing doctor and mentor. I have accomplished so much while being apart of the process of recovery. All staff has a great attitude and gives great suggestions. I am… apart of IOP and i cant be happier. The counseling is so thorough. Jesse has helped me so much with my mental health. I cant thank them enough for what they have done for me. I am forever grateful.

I found myself lied to and played. You made fun of an old man. You pulled me from the County and put me in your Living Facility. You have the inmates running the Asylum. You allow regular clients to regulate policy over… other clients. You played me hoping to get backing from a Foundation. I ran out of your living Facility terrified. You could have cared less about my well being. What did I ever do to you people for you to treat me as you have.

Bad review here!!!! Sadly I entrusted Kelly, KMH with my loved one and have been very let down!!!! My loved one was placed in what was told to me to be a sober house, yet that was not the case. The house had a horrible… scent of pot and there is not any security cameras or alarms considering it’s a Row home in a high crime city and the guys come and go at any time and any hours with only one person in the house with the key. The rest of the residents are then left there sleeping with doors unlocked. I really have so many reasons behind this review. Wish I never allowed my loved one to go there as there is not a real house manager on site at all times. This nurse practioner Kelly places them all on MAT whether suboxone or methodone for of course the financial gain be from private insurance or medical assistance. Sure, everyone wants an income but that’s not an honest income and very unethical!! It doesn’t matter that she will allow residents to pay if they can and not if they can’t if lives are at risk!!!! This was our own poor mistake. Terrible judgment call to trust KMH with our loved one. Even if you’re homeless I still wouldn’t go there!! Very high risk and not worth your loved ones life!!! Call any crisis center! Go to Anne Arundal fire house. Call 211.

I have been suffering with addiction and mental illness problems all my life and have seen countless professionals for it. KMH, and especially the provider, are in my opinion one of the best in the field. You can tell… when someone you are talking to cares about you or if it is simply business as usual, and Dr. Heyward and her staff definitely care. If you or a loved suffer from either mental illness or addiction problems you would do well to visit with KMH before trying anyone else. It is not often I can say that I love my going to see my doctor , but after the first visit, I knew I had found a home.

Kelly is an awesome doctor and all around person. But i was very dissapointed in the recovery housing situation. The "house manager" was very unprofessional. !!! It was also very unorganized. We had got into a little… argument and i ended up leaving with all my belongings there. Once i came back to get my things.. They done took everything besides a few shirts and a few pairs of leggings.. Jeans jackets purses blow dryer straightener.. A VAPE. Yes it was all gone. I still get messages from this house manager and girls in the house till this day. I would of loved to stay in recovery there.. But not her as a house manager at all !!!. So i dont recommend the housing kelly offers .
