Behavioral Health LLP – Hagerstown Detox and Rehab Services

The provision listed at Behavioral Health LLP – Hagerstown is intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Anyone unsure which level fits should ask for an assessment rather than choosing from a list, since placement criteria exist precisely to make that judgement.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Behavioral Health LLP – Hagerstown Address, Location and Contact Information

201 North Burhans Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland, 21740 is the address held. The city lies within Washington County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Journey time and parking are not trivial details when treatment runs several times a week over months.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Ashley Morgan and Dr Mohamed Latif are the best, although everyone is nice in the office, I like Ashley, Mohamed Latif and Mark and Nathan because they are my team, thank you QCI so much! Recommend this place!

I can NOT believe that DAISY lets her clients scream and belittle and emotionally abuse another adult and child while she is on home visits. She just lets it all go on and not say one word.

I’m appalled by the service I’ve received here. I’ve tried numerous times to explain my issues to the team I’ve had but it seems hard to do so when my “team” is constantly changing. I’ve had a therapist who has came… into my house screamed at my pregnant fiancé and threatened authorities in my home. I called immediately to report this incident and nothing was done of it except a therapist change. I should’ve called the police. I’ve over and over again explained the issues that I’m facing with my psychiatrist and the best advice she gave me was saying how she “wishes she could make all this go away”. To this day I’m still receiving text to “reschedule with my team” even though I’ve gone far and beyond as a patient to point out the obvious. Also don’t forget to sign during every visit even I’ve they are literally 2-5 minutes long because all they need is the insurance claim for the day!

My caseworker CANNOT keep an appointment!!! Now my case worker,Dalton, called 10 hours before an extremely important court date and blew off his testimony . So very, very, typical. They don't give a damn just want that… government money. Dalton is naive and not responsible enough for this position. I'm calling for his job !This will affect the rest of my life. Disappointed !

April Ensor, Jess Sheridan, Ashley Morgan and Lauren Fahrney are the best. They helped me through my depression and my mental health. Thank you QCI for your support these past almost 2 years of me coming there. I’d give… more than a 5 star if I could. QCI is always there when I need them. The best in Hagerstown in my opinion. Thank you for all you do. This is Sara, you guys know me well.

After being treated at a few practices/facilities, I can definitely say QCI is the best I’ve ever worked with. They’re professional yet laid-back, & compassionate when it comes to their services & patients. Being… considered medication/treatment resistant, I’ve finally started breaking through the resistance, as they work for AND with you. My last 3 years with them have been amazing, notably because of my NP Emily, therapist Devin, CSS Carla, & nurse Kat. Treatment is now something I look forward to rather than feel overwhelmed with thanks to QCI.

Do not go here for alcohol addiction! They will not help you. You will be referred to a crisis bed at Meritus. You will be sent for bloodwork but will receive no medications. If you have a job or responsibility’s you… will have to detox on your own (since Meritus requires written consent for a 28 day rehab after your visit to one of the three crisis beds available) I wasted a month here going to therapy sessions and waiting patiently to see a nurse practitioner for medications. This is a dead end if you have a serious drinking problem. Tammy is misinformed, everything she told me about Meritus was incorrect. It felt like a wild goose chase, it is insensitive and unprofessional to treat a patient in this way! Shame on you

Tammy Lewis is probably the best nurse practitioner I’ve ever went to. Compassionate, accommodating and just An overall sweet human. I could go on and on. Highly recommend her to anyone !

Although the home visits are nice, the medical staff has alot to be desired. Tammy Faye (not a psy) and her assailant, Tasha were derelict in there response to my calls for help. 3 days before a call back then another 3… days before I was going to get a call back from the PSY (Tammy), unacceptable. If your looking for a PSY look somewhere else.

This office has incompetent employees. I talked to someone before I came in and asked specifically if they take my medical insurance before I went into their office to fill out the paperwork, and was told yes and to… come in to fill out the paperwork. So, I did so and no one ever called me back in 3 days so I called them and was told they didn’t have my paperwork. Then, someone put me on hold and when they got back on the phone was told oh I’m sorry I found your paperwork but unfortunately we don’t take your insurance. I was so infuriated they wasted my time and truth be told most likely lost my paperwork with personal information. I would not recommend this mental health office to anyone.

I go here and like the other post yes Dr. Letif is a little bland for a better word the Therpist and nurses and social workers are awesome and all so work as a team for you. The person on the other post should have… stuck around because I been through almost every other mental health place trying to find the right place and not have the same thing with the meds being thrown at you but you know what you need those meds. I just didn't take them for years and years but now that I am advising taking them I feel so much better. I do get scared I'll fall back into being petrified of leaving the house but those feelings are staying to become fleeting. You can't talk someone out of depression because it's a chemical imbalance so you need the medication

They got me in fairly quickly, people at the counter and the intake person were very nice. And then exactly what I was worried about happening happened. I don't want pills thrown at me. What I was hoping from this place… was a team-like approach where I would talk to a therapist and then meet with a doctor and, together, decide what the right route for medications for me are. What happened was that I saw a doctor the very next day, he sat me down for an hour, asked me the the exact same questions that were asked at intake, spent 95% of the time staring silently at his screen typing away at the keyboard. The entire time I gave the required 1-sentence answers with he asked for very little elaboration on. At the end of an hour he jumped right into throwing medication at me without me ever speaking to a therapist. It was overly sterile and highly impersonal. When I balked at getting a prescription right away, he pointed out that we had been talking for an hour and that he didn't have all day to 'get to know me'. Well, guess what, as pointed out before, most of the time was spent me sitting in a cold, bland room with him putting information into the computer. I'd say us actually talking consisted of about 5% of the time I was in there. I'm not sure if this is typical, being as this is my first experience reaching out for possibly needing medication for depression, but it was a disheartening one. I will not be going back.
