The Light Of Truth organization is a love based organization that takes one's life of recovery serious. In this changing world it is a great feeling to find something that is relevant to their cause. I would recommend… anyone who is looking for truth in their life to this outstanding organization.
My journey with Light of Truth has been amazing. I first entered the program as a participant, and my personal growth and knowledge has gone way beyond what I ever expected. I am now a Light Keeper with this… organization and I continue to learn more everyday. Light of Truth has now become family.
I received my peer counseling from here, and they help to support me from day one. What they do to support the women and men they train the women that they house is nothing but amazing.
My stay at the Light of Truth was more like the Light of Lies! The discrimination, disrespect and unprofessionalism was definitely unexpected. This program was supposed to be a "spiritual" program. I beg to differ. Not… only was I terminated from the program because of my disabilities, my letter of termination had lie after lie written, aI was given less than 24 hours to leave. Clearly they don't understand discrimination but they will learn what it means eventually.
My experience has been awesome so far, the staff is especially helpful and supportive. All concerns were addressed. This is an incredibly wonderful organization and I hope all interested persons have similar experience.
