Victory Clinical Services IV – Saginaw Detox and Rehab Services
The provision listed at Victory Clinical Services IV – Saginaw is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Medical supervision covers the withdrawal period, where alcohol and benzodiazepines carry real risk. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication-assisted treatment combines approved medication with counseling and clinical review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Victory Clinical Services IV – Saginaw Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 508 Shattuck Road in Saginaw, Michigan, 48604. The city lies within Saginaw County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Remote appointments may be possible where travel is a barrier. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I transfered over and man this place has a camera in the bathroom .I then could never see the Dr. Always the pa. Its funny how appointments and other things change .
I have been stuck in this place for 14 years now and it has basically been constant bullshit the secretary is the daughter of the woman in charge so she feels she has the right to mess with anyone she wants to and if… you file a grievance they mess with you even more they allow people to sell drugs in the parking lot and catch 10% of a conversation and make up the rest it’s actually pathetic I thought this place was here to save lives and give u some sort of normalcy but they get a kick out of messing with you nothing ever gets handled again because of the people in charge this place is failing the nurses are wonderful people but I would exhaust every other option before handing your life over to another dope dealer whom controls your life this place has gone to hell
This place saved my life. I was on methadone for 8 years. My number was 356. This place kept my mind off using opiates so I could heal. I would be dead today if it wasn’t for victory clinic. There are so many beautiful… souls there that just want to see the good in people.
There can be much improvement.
I see good things here. I also see what could be improved. Its helping me alot. You have to put in the work.
I have a family member who has been going to this methadone clinic for several years, and unfortunately, the environment has consistently felt unsafe and disorganized. Every visit seems to reveal more chaos—heated… arguments between staff and patients often unfold right in the waiting area, with no effort to maintain discretion or professionalism. It feels less like a place of recovery and more like a system designed to keep people dependent. There’s little sense of long-term healing—just maintenance on “legal dope.” The overall vibe is unsettling, and it’s hard to imagine anyone truly getting better in this environment. I’ve waited in the parking lot before, and the surroundings aren’t much better. On one occasion, I saw a used syringe on the ground—not exactly reassuring for families trying to support a loved one’s recovery. The clinic shares a lot with a nearby restaurant, but the contrast between the two spaces couldn’t be more stark. This is not a place I would recommend for anyone looking for real help or hope.
I was really surprised to see these negative reviews, my experience has been great with, all employees, I don't feel like I want or need to make friends with other addicts, so I stay to myself and dose and go home, the… counselor and I talk once a week virtually and she's great! If you are needing help please don't let these reviews detour you . I'm really glad I didn't read them before I went. I have no problem w the place , the Dr. Has a good sense of humor and the girls at the front desk are very sweet and helpful.
Just tried to call and talk to my counselor the new reception was t put me on hold told me she had to take another call I waited got disconnected called back and she won't answer my call so why is the other calls more… important than mine no answering service no nothing rude rude receptionist
Saving lives & changing futures! As long as you have good intentions and try they will help you. If you're just looking to score and can't follow reasonable rules then it's on you!
This place is a joke. They want you to be hooked on methadone forever. They won’t let you taper down, you’re not allowed to smoke weed. Suboxone is by far the best way to go. There’s so many online suboxone clinics. You… don’t have to go nowhere except the pharmacy to get your meds. But victory is trash and their employees don’t care about nobody, just a paycheck.
They treat you like you are a child and not one of there own. No cell phones are allowed to be used, and talk to you how ever they please. Make up rules and change them on a daily basis. They have their favorite’s that… they either are attracted to or related so they can do as they please. They will write untrue information to fit their side of their reports during counciling seasons. They don’t care why you are there nor if they get you hooked on their medication then kick you out to struggle back with your addiction all over again. The staff will talk amongst each other and laugh about your trials and tribulations in front of you. I’m a patient still and regret not finding something else before coming and being imprisoned to them every day because the staff chose who they want to allow off sites and who not. There’s no set program that u can read and follow it’s all up to them. Every thing is a surprise learning curve every time u go in. You can’t see the doctor nor reschedule appointments so good luck keeping your job. Take it from all the other people that have been there this place will more than likely cause u to relapse rather than succeed.
This place is ridiculous in the fact of the bureaucracy and the way it's ran the power level that the perception has alone is a joke it's one of the worst clinics I've ever been to I was like 97% of the patients low… then they say they want to leave and they cannot even bother to talk to anybody because everybody else no it's an obesity to know what's in power I've asked to speech supervisors before I got sent to basically a different number and I was even asked to talk to I asked him to wait therapist a meaning one of the people that volunteer that's why I sent you I have had false information told about me and then put on stipulations that affect of my treatment the people are doing things that are highly illegal and unhopefully for patients completely now that is an actual post no I don't recommend it in fact I recommend league they change things before the state ends up shutting them down that's where I recommend
Success at Victory is all about your own personal commitments to recovery. I began MMT at Victory in 2010 and left successfully in 2016. When I first started I was not committed to my treatment goals and was threatened… with termination on a few occasions. When I started the clinic was fairly new (#408) and they worked with me on getting back on track. While there were some occasions where I felt they were being unnecessarily difficult such as taking away take homes because of a missed appointment or waiting an ungodly amount of time to see the doctor, for the most part I was happy with my treatment. I have been off MMT for six years now and only wish I would have started tapering sooner than I did. Other than that, I can confidently say that Victory clinic saved my life and the fear of having to go back everyday to dose has been a motivator to stay clean. I definitely don't miss dosing everyday at 6am.
Decent place honestly.Helped me.I just wish it was open longer throughout the day n that they weren't so strict on times.. I mean like minutes n second's,FR! can't walk in 10 secs before 7:15 unless u work, or u will… get A Stop dose untill ur called into ur counselors office n talked to bout never enter the building before the "workers" 7:15 if u don't have proof of a job. I'm bout to b on disability n have major breathing issues, cpl other handicap ppl I see there as well,we still have to wait forever like everyone else!
They don't really care about your life or making your life easier. They just want to get paid. And all the obstacles they put your way doesn't make it worth it. I'm very disappointed on the way they punish people for… doing good. Always something with them.
Professional, caring doctor and therapists available for opioid treatment. I recommend this clinic above the others I have been to in multiple counties within the state of Michigan.
I'm on my 6th councilor not by choice my new councilor name is Lori and shes amazing I've been going through a lot of anxiety and she took the time to teach me techniques to stop the intrusive thoughts. I really hope… this place doesn't suck her soul out like so many I have seen done. She rocks!
I love the Victory clinics. They really seem to care and want to help make your life better.
Great friendly staff counselors very helpful for me only one in my whole life ive opened up too. Gave me a 2nd chance
Great recovery support
