Their friendly front desk staff always helps me with whatever I need, then I get to sit in the lovely waiting area while I wait! My counselor Cierra is also wonderful and helps me with whatever issues arise! I highly… recommend to anyone :)

Loved the staff until recently. After over a decade of trying to find what was the best treatment I finally found he puzzle pieces finally fit. And then one day everything fell apart due to lack of communication by… myself and staff. Now I'm taking 100 steps backwards. Medication being completely stopped. It's unethical and leaving me in a mental health hell.

Starting with the wonderful front staff very helpful with any questions you have the Counselors their are A1 amazing I have struggled with so many challenges I can now face in confidence and I appreciate everything so… far

It has been a great experience here. Whenever I call, come in, and when I see the counselor, everyone is always pleasant.

Everyone here is wonderful. The front staff are very warm and welcoming. Cierra is so wonderful! She is very kind and easy to talk with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I've seen sev dif therapists in prob the last yr which I don't LOVE, however, the lady's at the desk have always been SO kind and helpful. As the face of the practice (being that you talk to them when you come and when… you leave) they do an amazing job! I only caught Lisa's name but both of these lady's are so great! Regardless of how many different providers i see, I'm happy seeing familiar faces every time i come. Side note, I met with Nixie today and absolutely loved her! I really hope she stays with the practice!!

I had been seeing my counselor for going on 5 years, and when I showed up for my most recent appointment and was told it was cancelled and that my counselor outright quit. No notice from the staff or my counselor, and… no follow up even when I was told about it. Very disappointed with the way this has gone. I’m now left essentially to fend for myself mentally and no effort was put in to even get me a new counselor. This has terribly upsetting for me, and now, Harmonia is a major cause of my mental health issues and they are starting to worsen again without the help of a counselor. I’m sure there are better services elsewhere, so I’d suggest looking there, like I’m going to.

I started my journey with mental health somewhere toward the end of my 20’s. I knew I had a lot of unchecked issues and so much to learn about myself, but I didn’t know where to start. After learning of the existence of… Harmonia, I became aware of their focus and objectives and was instantly captured by their approach to well-being without the pressures of instantly starting medication (not against medication, it just gives me anxiety). I’m now 33 and so many steps ahead of where I was. I’ve learned so much about myself and my mind and my abilities. Harmonia has a very relaxing waiting room with white noise and water flowing. Great therapist as well!

Have been going here for about 8 years now. Besides having a few of my providers leaving I have not had any issues. For about 2 years now I have had two permanent providers who are excellent at what they do! I finally… feel comfortable and excited about my appointments. Would highly recommend harmonia!
