Community Counseling – Bucyrus Detox and Rehab Services
Community Counseling – Bucyrus appears on the register for intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

Community Counseling – Bucyrus Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 2458 Stetzer Road in Bucyrus, Ohio, 44820. The city lies within Crawford County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

Did you know counselors discriminate against you? In the end, you, your family, and your friends end up being segregated because these professionals look down on anyone who receives their services. For example, if your… loved one dies and you seek grief counseling, they label you as incapable of making informed decisions. If you are going through a difficult time after losing your job, they label you as incapable then, too. Have you ever seen a professional in public, politely said hello, and just received the cold shoulder? I know a lot of individuals who have witnessed this exact type of behavior. Why does it happen? Because you are beneath them. It is especially sad when they treat a child this way. I've seen it. No one should have to endure this type of treatment when seeking services. If you need someone to talk to, you are better off texting or calling a helpline instead. I will never receive these services again, nor will I subject a child to this treatment.
I was going to go back to counseling because the only person to ever help me worked there, Dr. Patrick Bentley. I just learned he no longer works there and they give no information on whether he retired or is at a new… practice. He is a shining light in a failing health care system. Statistically, from my perspective, he was 1 out of 20 or so doctors that actually listen and don't wait to speak. I know I wont find another Dr like him so I'm not even gonna try. Since Community Counseling Services doesn't make an effort to help a former patient, why should i even try to make an effort... shame CCS
Updating my review to 4 stars instead of 2.I have been going here for 5 years. Sad to see Dr. Bentley leave. He was awesome. This place is way better in every way than the Marion center. The pharmacy here is great. Only… reason for not giving 5 stars is one of the nurses is somewhat rude and confrontational at times. She should leave her opinions to the doctors and not try to give out medical/medication advice. The other nurse is very nice.
I would be lost and not in a very good place without this counseling center....it has saved me a million times over...there is no shame in seeking help for life's tough spots!!! Thanks CCCC for your counselors, nurses,… nurse practitioners, doctors, & receptionists y'all are awesome¡!!
Granddaughter had an appointment! Stood at the window waited for the receptionist to be done (she handed the phone to the other person and she looked at me) I told her my granddaughters name -all a sudden the… receptionist hand was in my face (like talke to the hand) telling me to step back and give her a moment this was about 10” from my face!!! I calmly went and found a seat She called for me to come up and I said now you have time for me!! She did apologize and said everything is a mess Apparently the system they’ve been putting in for how long is still not right I also told her I didn’t care if she apologized what she did was not right at all I had to stand in front of her and answer questions that iv done over several times at least I was in front of her for 10 mins Called higher up I left a message on a lady’s voice service and never heard from her yet If this was me about 5 years ago The girl would have not been behind that glass anymore For a Counciling place to have someone who will act like that that treats victims of this kind of nature - trouble waiting to happen!!
The counselors leave so often ive had 4 and the nurses are rude
I've been going there for a long time. I've had many different counselors and doctors thru out the years and they were all nice and caring, professional.
Everyone has always been so professional. I have always gotten the help I needed.
I absolutely love this place. I have Jaime and she is awesome. For the short time I've been there I have learned so much.
I have been going to Community Counseling for years. When I first started going I was seeing Robin. She left then I got moved to a different therapist. My meds were worked with and I was doing wonderful. My therapist… said I only had to come back every 6 months because I was doing so good. Then they turned around and changed it to where I have to come in every 3 months because of the one medication that I'm on. Then when covid started I still had to go every 3 months but I was allowed to do telehealth because I have a very weakened immune system. Then I was told by the nurses that I had to come in and see my Dr at least every 3 months in order to still be able to get my medication. Now they're telling me I have to come in every 2 months when my psychiatrist is telling me that I'm doing so well that he would be happy with every three but that the new people that took over are demanding people come in every two months. I myself feel like this is a money racket. Not blaming my my Dr. It's the new people that took over. I'm thinking after several years going here of finding somewhere else to go. 😢
They work hard and do their job
This place is a joke they send you around the building prescribing meds that go against what your telling them is wrong with you there pill pushers for pharmacy companies I guess you don't make as much money prescribing… meds that work why take one pill when they can prescribe 6 that don't help and make you feel worse
They have people they prisribe meds but they sell them and get more Nicole ditmars gets hers refilled with no questions asked
Especially now, as they have become affiliated with Marion Area Counseling this would be the LAST PLACE I would recommend.
Brittany is a dullard that doesn't deserve to be counseling ANYONE!!
This place is a joke. Not helpful at all. Then you try to get your medical records to go somewhere that is helpful and they try to charge you a ton because they say every medical office does now... Because I've called… four others today and they are the only one of the four that's trying to charge me. $16 just to ask for them and then a dollar a page after that she told me on the phone as rude as can be. Try "hope419" or any other place honestly
Outstanding work they do here, I have gotten so much better. 10/10 reccomend if you're struggling.
With the 7 to 8 months I went to Community Counseling, they definitely helped me a lot. The doctor who prescribed me medication always listened to what I was saying and was very kind. The counselor I talked with was… also very pleasant and helped me change the way I view myself. I would definitely recommend this facility and would also go back if I needed to.
