LSS Health Center – Columbus Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 245 North Grant Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, 43215. This address falls in Franklin County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Call ahead to confirm directions, parking and what a first appointment involves. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

LSS Health Center – Columbus Reviews and Ratings
Families searching for treatment in Columbus often start with reviews. If you were a patient at LSS Health Center, or supported one, sharing how it went gives them something real to go on.
The eye exam was very thorough. For a low cost clinic, they don't seem to cut corners and take good care of you.
All the crew were very good, especially the receptionist, named Tashen, she was very good with me as she gave me papers and helped me fill them and gave me an appointment quickly.
Great team great work thank you
I'm from New York and have very little patience because I value my time as with most native New Yorkers. Therefore, on a scale of 1 to 10, LSS Health Center located at 245 North Grant Avenue is a perfect 11 and get all… five stars (should probably get TEN STARS). I would recommend LSS to anyone and everyone, as I have done in the past. The LSS Health Center staff is professional, kind, understanding, and go far and beyond to help you. I've been gone for over a year, back to New York for training, and after returning to LSS Health Center . . . . the treatment outstanding and made me feel as though I never left. I could not believe the high level of professionalism and respect provided by LSS staff. I've tried attitude, loudness, and even attempted to play confused and the staff maintained their professionalism. in my opinion, if anyone have a complaint about LSS Health Center . . . maybe they should try Going to ANY OF THE NEW YORK STATE MEDICAL PROVIDERS. In fact, try getting equal treatment at many of Ohio Urgent care facilities and you will be greatly disappointed. In fact, you may very well be escorted out and get arrested only to deal with your medical condition from county lockup or handcuffed. In conclusion, LSS Health Center gets a perfect FIVE STARS. The only thing missing since my prior visit was the television in waiting area, but we all have cellular phones to occupy ourselves while waiting. However, you would not have time for a television because they will likely call you to render their services before any reasonable series of commercials.
The people the staff at LS is actually great, but don't order glasses from there. Cause you'll never get them. I have been waiting for over 2 months and they still haven't came in yet. You would think that they would… use a different company.
To make a long story short I was running late to an appointment and I called explaining my eta 906a and my counseling was at 9a and was informed they would let the counselor know. After checking in which was a quick… process around 916a someone came to the front desk stating to inform them when I arrive so they could talk to me (red flag number 1 on communication) the front explained I was already there. They took me to the back to reschedule my appointment explaining I only get an hour and some of that time was used up. I informed them that I called and no one told me about rescheduling and how I work 6 days a week and had to take today off just to be there. I recover an apology and was informed of rescheduling dates. I was frustrated because I feel communication wise that could’ve been handled differently. I allowed the individual to know that it was ok I will not reschedule counseling but I would like to keep my appointment with Constance at 11a (she is phenomenal btw). I then stated I actually will see if she has anything earlier so since it was 1.5 hours until that appointment. The individual allowed me to know they could check on their laptop which they went to go get. While they were gone they informed the counselor I was suppose to see how I was upset and not interested in rescheduling. I then overheard the counselor speaking negatively about me and making disrespectful comments. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I stood up and walked in the door way only to confirm my suspicions. I then walked around the corner where she stood and as soon as she saw me her whole demeanor and facially expression changed as if she didn’t know I was back there. We come here for help and the fact that the person I was about to explain my mental health to and hasn’t even met me spoken negatively about me and in a disrespectful manor was genuinely disgusting. I spoke to the supervisor who informed me how it was extremely unacceptable and how they would have a talk with that person. We come to these places for help and to hear the person that was supposed to help me speak ill about was very hurtful. It was so hard to keep my composure and be an adult about the situation. You work in a field where you are dealing with people with fragile minds. Anything could’ve happened. I just thank God I have enough strength, common sense, and push in me to think before I act. I just can’t believe that took place.
Tried to call to schedule appointment and discuss services but was sent to voicemail “Mail box is full”
I had a great experience at LSS! The staff was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My nurse practitioner Constance is excellent—very thorough and informative. Meechie, the social… worker who met with me was also fantastic, providing great support and guidance. My nurse, who drew my blood, did an amazing job—it was quick and painless! I truly appreciate the care and attention I received here. I highly recommend LSS to anyone looking for a compassionate and high-quality healthcare experience.
I acknowledge the quality of service and the friendliness of the team.
An appointment was scheduled for 8:30AM however when I arrived the lady at the front said she had put me down for 10am which wasn’t stated during our conversation. It was momentarily annoying but they were still able to… see me. Overall, not a bad place for eye exams, appointment was long but that was expected since I was a new patient.
Faith mission hospital Columbus. You are the best. I thank you for the opportunity you granted me. I am grateful to all the staff of the hospital especially Dr. Sam, my dear Nurse and the receptionist. God bless you all.
