I do not recommend this place at all!! They’re supposed to help you mentally and don’t help you at all.
Latoya is amazing, counselors actually address issues and it's a genuinely good place. Only issue is that the front desk has an attitude problem.
Scheduling issues are frequent. Twice my family has scheduled an appointment with Pathways and when we show up at that time they say we don’t have an appointment. Highly irritating when we are very good about keeping… our appointments.
Make sure you know where you're going, they won't tell you; and their main entrance isn't where the sign is. They also have an attitude problem when asked simple questions, a long with vague responses. Point is if you… can, go somewhere they actually care.

on average waited at least 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start to be seen.
My appt was at 11am. They gave me a paper to write a review as soon as I walked in. It asked 'Did I show up on time?' 'Was I treated with respect?' stuff like that. At 11:25 nobody came to get me. So I left! My review… is simple. My time is as valuable as your Pathways! How can you ask someone to respect YOUR TIME and be on time when you don't respect there's.
I thank my counselor's they have taught me better ways to cope under stress and better at coping with people I have came along way and these past 4 days have proven me I've changed with there help I will continue to do… better

Took over 3 hours for my husband to be seen, then they didn't even help him, the doctor didn't even see him! They said he had to be seen again in a month to get a prescription. Don't go here, you'll be here all day and… won't see the Dr!
