Ruined my life don't go here go anywhere else for mental health services especially if you have SUDs and other existing conditions
This place is a damn joke. My son and I did our intake a month and a half ago. Was told in a week or so Someone was supposed to call me schedule first appointment. no one ever called. I called several times trying to… follow up so I can get back on my medication for anxiety and panic attack. Only to find out that the person who did the intake dropped. The ball. Didn’t sign me up for the correct things. So weeks going back and forth with these people I was give an apt . The day of the appt yesterday 1 hour to the appt I get a messages saying they are canceling my appt. Because of an emergency situation with another patient??? So both of our appt were cancelled My response back was not nice. Go else where and save time and energy.
If i could give a zero, i would. Did everything to get my 4.5 year old daughter help with some issues at school. Got a call from a counselor and she worked with my child and few times and then disappeared and has never… contacted me in over 6 weeks. Now my child has been removed from the school since she was completely given up on by Janeen McGuire.
Greatest doctor you could ever ask for and great staff
Literally giving one star for the staff that was nice and I can’t leave no stars , all I want to do is curl in a ball and cry and now I’m even more scared of ever trying to get help or figure out what’s really causing… my problems because pokie wants to make you feel like you don’t matter and neither does a diagnosis which I never got. Please don’t go here I can’t believe I left feeling worse when all I was, was excited to get answers.
100% do not recommend. My 5 year old son had an intake evaluation on Monday March 27th. I was told I would get a call within a week or two to schedule his first appointment. I still have not gotten a call and I have… left a voicemail which hasn't been returned. It's now May 25th.....at this point even if they do call I am going to decline to continue with them.
Excellent
There to help.
For a nonprofit agency, what a disappointment they promised me peer support services instead, I got a label that I never had felt ostracize and now I isolate even more go to Hope. I’m better off, reading on my own and… playing on the playground.
If u need help, this is a great resource.
This place is a joke!! Their office staff are rude, and they are all about money and shoving meds down your kids throats!! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
Wonderful caring staff. They go above and beyond to take care of people.
When I first heard about ohio guild stone I really liked it but now I dont like this place sny more. When I first got a case manger here I was fine by that. But I had a disagreement with a lady here and I just dont… think she was understanding my point of view. But iam not going to touch to much on that in this review. All I'm go say is that I do not like it when people don't do their jobs and supervisors take employees sides when a person is wrong they are wrong. And if I didn't need a case manger I wouldn't of called and requested for one. I need help in certain areas in my life and I have to say that this place is not a answer to my prayers.
Love guidestone. They will get you the help you need one way or another.
