MetroHealth – Brecksville Detox and Rehab Services

MetroHealth – Brecksville is recorded as offering intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

MetroHealth – Brecksville Address, Location and Contact Information

MetroHealth – Brecksville is located at 9200 Treeworth Boulevard in Brecksville, Ohio, 44141. This address falls in Cuyahoga County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

How Much Does Treatment at MetroHealth – Brecksville Cost?

Self-pay rehab in Ohio typically works out at $40 to $170 a day for standard outpatient care. No prices were found for MetroHealth at the time of writing, so the daily figures are typical state costs.

In most programs the fee includes the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Nothing from MetroHealth itself was found on this, so that is an assumption. Ask for a tailored price and what it includes.

Fix the phone system. A lot of talking and not much info. You're on hold for more than 45 min before you're helped! Ridiculous!

I loved this place. Came to the ER. Easy parking. Check in staff and security were great. Short wait. Nurses and doctors attentive and kind! I was in and out very quick!

Dr. Siska is an outstanding plastic surgeon. He offers insightful professional opinions and provides thorough details about the procedure. His follow-up care is exceptional, ensuring the best possible outcomes for his… patients. I'm extremely pleased with my results!

Ricardo that does the blood draws is a gem of a human. Always in a great mood, and fantastic at putting you at ease. Quick and efficient with a smile! Overall he provides excellent patient care. The front staff are… always polite and quick as well.

Free parking, everyone inside is nice and helpful, like the onsite labs takes less than 5 mins for bloods

Newer location in Brecksville off route 82 and Interstate 77. Went for bloodwork and was in and out in 3 minutes...WITH NO BRUISING. The gentleman who took my blood was the best phlebotomist 💉that worked on me in years.… At Parma location I always leave with a large bruise.

Really trash urgent care staff (the check in guy was nice) Don't know how to perform an ekg. Kept falling off, had me sitting up instead of laying down, lady said "im finna be done with this" and walked off in… frustration. Then the dr comes in and somehow miraculously has results and says to go to the er it could be bad it could be nothing. Then send me on my way with no paperwork at all or any documentation that I was even there. Do not waste your time or money you will leave with 0 answers and even more confusion. Staff should never throw their hands up in frustration over someones heart issue yet all 3 of the "lovely" women here did so. I was here at 6:00 pm on May 6th if anyone actually reads these things and does anything about it.

I was seen after a MVA. The staff was reassuring, efficient, quick to assess my injuries. They provided explanations, plan of care, test results. From registration to Nick-PA, Dr. Scheile- the attending- excellent care… was provided. The nurses, medics and techs were wonderful and I felt that I was in good hands.

The blonde lady working the front desk in the ER yesterday afternoon is a disgusting human. Wildly dismissive and rude! It's an emergency room, please have a tiny bit of compassion for your fellow humans, she had none!

Though staff was extremely kind and accommodating, Nathanial Sokol APN was extremely dismissive from the moment I explained my symptoms. I fired him. I learn hours later, this man attempted to prescribe a medication… that would put me in a wheelchair with the conditions I have, that he was still on my care team. I maintain I had 10/10 pain- was offered nothing. Asked for Motrin and he even refused to give me that until I had to speak with him face to face- hours after sitting in pain. Extremely ignorant and rude, I’m not sure if he prescribed this medication purposely or not. Regardless, ALWAYS FIRE AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP NATHANIAL FIRED OFF YOUR TEAM. He has 0 compassion or bedside manners. If I had known better, I could’ve had a heart attack or permanent paralysis due to my conditions and how the medication would react with those.

I’ve brought my 7 year old who has a fever, ear infection and double pink eye bad cough and can hardly talk and apparently that isn’t emergency enough, there was a grown teenager boy who looked to be 17 who came in with… his parent walking on his own talking but wearing a face mask because he’s sick, they came after us and he was determined to be more emergent than my 7 year old who is less than 40 pounds. We have recently had a lapse in my daughter’s medical insurance and I truly feel like we were made to wait because we were the uninsured family. I will be reaching out to someone about the situation because honestly it was unacceptable. I would understand if the other patient was actually more of an emergency but that just wasn’t the case. Emily the receptionist for the day was very rude and acted as if she had better things to do than to talk to me, I was rushed through the intake and wasn’t even asked to verify any of my child’s info no proof they didn’t even want me to print my name just put a signature even though there was other spaces for info that said it was needed, Emily went outside to get food and also left again to go to her vehicle, it really just seemed like she had other things that were more important to her than to help my child, she was constantly texting on her watch and took personal phone calls.

This Metro is so well staffed, organized, clean and take care of you leaving no stone unturned. I had Emma as my PA, she found and treated a disease I didn't even know I had. She really spends time to get to know you… truly excellent. Her nurse Christine is equally wonderful, she keeps you abrased of what the doctor is doing she make sure that you're comfortable she answers your question she's friendly and very knowledgeable you just know you're in good hands if you get Emma and Christine if I could read them 10 I would. It is remarkable how few patience there were, I am hesitant to be bragging and how great it is I like being able to get in and out :-) thanks again to all those at Metro for taking such good care of me.

This is a very nice metro health location. The women at the reception desk are always super nice and helpful. Always willing and ready to assist with any questions. The phlebotomist, Ricardo, is great at what he does.… He is the only one, so I am sure things get busy for him, but he is always super nice and proficient. I have also had good experiences with the providers as well.

Hippa violations. That do not close your door I came for hip pain and I heard the guy next to me or a door down. Hippa is privatcy for a patient. I want my privacy and I'm sure he wanted his. I got two pills then… discharged no X-rays. The only reason I got a referral to orthopedic is because I asked. Last time I came here I had a panic attack they gave me a pill and discharged me and I went to university hospital right after Because they actually help they have me a referral to psychiatry again not metro brecksville but university hospital parma. The last time I was here I heard them laughing because I was crying when I said something the girl came in and sat and talked to me till I got discharged. I had to go to a whole other hospital to actually get help. They just want to discharge you. When you look up the place they say closed the don't want anyone to go in there they want to sit and do nothing all night and that's wrong.

Of course we needed an Emergency Room nearby and it was our First time at Brecksville. All ended up ok , but much credit and appreciation is for our P-A, Tyler Jackman. He was as outstanding as anyone I've encountered… in over 40 years because of his knowledge, patience, explanations, bedside manner approach, second effort and time spent for comfort care. The other Staff and Pharmacy personnel were also wonderful. We are grateful for the care and compassion we received from PA Jackman and Metro Emergency in Brecksville, Ohio.. Thank you, Michele and Raymond..

I love this ER! Before I continue, my last vist my nurse was AnneMarie (spelling? Sorry). She's phenomenal one of the best nurses I've ever had! And the staff are amazing! However, on my last visit. There was an issue… with getting an IV. They had to use an ultrasound and the medic who tried hurt my vein so bad that it was still throbbing and sore the next day. It seems she wasn't skilled in using it (no offense) and I literally had to tell her to stop digging around. AnneMarie took over and handled it beautifully. No pain at all! She's phenomenal! Please keep her! And name her employee of the mouth. Thank you!

Offered to fix my wrongly healed broken hand then back tracked last second to throw me some pain meds and say "come back for more meds once your out" more or less. Need surgery for my boxer fracture cause my bones grind… and I'm in chronic pain. Go to them and they throw you pills and give you the ring around. Go to a private doctor instead. This business is a joke.

Three weeks ago I was experiencing a miscarriage and when I went to the ER overnight nurse Jeffery that took me back kept saying the absolute worse things to say to someone who was miscarrying. It was my first pregnancy… and first miscarriage and my heart hurt so much when I was bleeding. He said things like “Its okay if you lose the baby at least its one last thing you have to worry about” “Don’t worry you can literally get pregnant again next month” “You can always try again” “You guys are young its never too late to try again”. Those are the worst things to hear in a moment when I was losing my baby. Aside from that I went to an ultrasound later that day since they didnt have one that could do one for me overnight and I went for the ultrasound @2pm and my doctor DrBernardo was supposed to call me with the results within the hour and I didnt get a call from her till the next day that I lost my baby. I was stressing overnight and all afternoon to see if my baby was ok. I had to find out on Mychart that I miscarried before my Dr could call me at least to tell me what my body was going to go through. She couldve at least told a nurse or someone to call me and answer some questions and tell me what I was going to experience. By the time she called me I was already going through the worst and had already done my own research online. This was my first experience going through this and I didnt have the slightest idea how much pain, how much bleeding and/or what my body was going to go through. Worst experience ever. So inconsiderate and unprofessional in so many ways.

Absolutely amazing!!! Between here and main campus I’m super impressed they took us back rather quicker than I thought and got my baby diagnosed, treated and on our way! Cannot recommend enough. I’d take this location… and main over any other.
