As a new intake I have to say it was a pleasant experience, the staff are extremely friendly and worked swiftly yet thoroughly to complete each phase of the intake process. The counselor I met with was Debbie. Very… kind, helpful, and upfront about everything. You can tell they care about the patients and the work they do. You also feel it walking through the door.
I'm NEW here but EVERYONE has been so NICE and UNDERSTANDING so far!!!
I never realized that I had an addiction to opiates until I didn't have any opiates . Pain management forces you to choose mental health meds and live with chronic pain or pain meds and deal with depression, anxiety and… PTSD to name a few issues. Then even medical THC, that would help, is a choice forced on You. So, I found relief on the street, I'm an older person and I was suddenly in the darkest days of my life. I was a drug addict. CMS saved my life. Seriously. I was ashamed, scared and broken. I went on a Friday morning. I knew that if they turned me away, I wouldn't make it to see another Monday. They treated me with kindness, no judgment. I knew that I made the best decision, CMS made that first visit as fast as possible to help me get relief since I was in withdrawal. Janice is wonderful. Whatever problem you have, she works with you to figure it out. I had a different counselor when I first went, 12/21/24. I recently was assigned a new Counselor. Mike S ! The coolest, most down to earth person. No sugarcoating, he speaks the truth and I'm so happy that I was blessed with Mike. I know that he is going to see me through to the end of my treatment. I cannot say anything bad about CMS or the staff. Please, take the first step and let them help you. Life is really awesome and I'm grateful for CMS.
I used to go to project cure for years and they would never increase my dose, but I was scared to switch clinics when new ones started opening. Well, P.C. closed and I had to switch and it was the best thing to happen… to me. They listen and increased me. My counselors actually counsel and Janice up front is the BEST. she remembers u and makes u feel welcome and normal. The nurses are fast and professional while being personable too
4 years and climbing
They suck
I'm wondering if I could start coming up to Kettering from Westchester it's closer to me I stay in Xenia Ohio
best counselor is Heather Coker
They welcomed me and my husband Joshua straight in and made us feel like family they are amazing the whole staff!!!
If you do what you are supposed to do and you KNOW that you are doing it, they will try to deflect and deferr responsibility acknowledging they as a company, through human error of their own, have done ANY wrong doing.… This can jeopardize your own RECOVERY. PREPARE. Most, I say MOST of the staff are very credible. But there's ALWAYS that ONE 🙂↕️
Janice the secretary is amazing. She's very friendly, on top of her game, and from the moment you meet you feel welcomed. The counselors are absolutely amazing, they truly listen and care. They go above and beyond to… help you. Dr. Chico is the best doctor to see. He's very professional, understands, funny and has decades of experience. This is the best one to come to. They genuinely care about and your recovery.
Greatest place the building is newer than others it’s actually the nicest location of all. My husband Joshua and I Brandy Manning have been going since September 28th of 2025 and it had been a life changer I never… thought I would ever be able to get off f with feeling okay. Its possible people if it’s your FIRST DAY GOING THEN YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE BEFORE 10am because it takes about 4 hours with paperwork and stuff don’t worry it’s worth it you do get your dose of 50mg that day. Also the counselors Brenda and Heather are truly the best they always make sure Josh and I have everything we need they go out and beyond of their way making sure we truly are okay. Janet in the front office is amazing also so is Chris. Best of best people Thank you all from JOSHUA&BRANDY MANNING 🌹👻🦋❤️🔥🏆🎯❤️🔥🖤‼️✅
Absolutely love everything about this clinic , they really go above and beyond to accommodate your needs . They really care .
I had a wonderful experience with the outpatient program at Community Medical Services. The staff, especially Justin, was incredibly helpful and accepting, creating a judgment-free environment. They truly care about… each patient's well-being. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking support!
Its awesome 😎
They really connect with you & actually give af about you. I love everyone here. They truly helped me save my life after 15 years of hard addiction. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been going to this clinic for three years. They said if I got clean, I could get seven days dosing instead of having to go in there every day they ended up telling me that the methadone wasn’t showing up in my… system and denying to do 7 day take homes because of it, but continuously let me take my doses in front of them that wasn’t showing up my system, but not letting me get my take home because it wasn’t showing up my system. So they didn’t care if I was taking it or not they just weren’t gonna give me my to take home. when I went on vacation. They did not give me my doses so I relapsed This place mentally destroyed me just as much as the drugs. People passed out everywhere. It’s just as hard to withdraw from methadone than anything else. They’re just putting you on something else so they can get money from your insurance and you can’t get off of it unless you wanna go back to the drugs.
I have literally been going here for over 2 years now. At first it was wonderful. Now the staff has completely went to crap, they don't seem to care at all, we just become a number and don't have any real type of… helpful or even compassionate staff to really help with the recovery process.. super disappointed 😞
This place is a saving grace. My counselor Kristin Potts is one of the most kind hearted person who really has been a major person who has continued to impact my life. I've been 8 years clean and sober 🙏 July 16 2016 is… my sobriety date and I can personally say that, if you are ready to get clean and live a beautiful and educated life, please 🙏 take it from me, Jody Brown, a person who was just a Lost soul until I found my way, and my way was having hope and believe the process. I hope my story has an impact on someone, and with that being said, please don't give up fighting, the devil never sleeps, but God doesn't either 🫶🌈
This place has saved my life.. I am very grateful to my counselor. (Kristen). Thank you so much.
Once again it's Great! In the famous words of Forrest Gump "That's all I got to say about that".
Heather my counselor is very attentive and caring. She gets things done. I've been here going on 3 years now. Couldn't be more happy came from a place that didn't value people they only cared about money. So it's a… great place to get help and treatment for addiction and mental health.
I love it there. They helped save my life and change my life for the better. I've been clean for a year now and my counselor there Ashley Roderer has been instrumental in my process and progression I am forever grateful… to her! Not only has she gone above and beyond for me. Numerous times I watched her Do it daily without hesitation. And that is what a place like this needs. People like her people like her that make you feel Like you're not a piece of crap, People like her that make you feel like you can do this, People like her That will support And encourage you every step of the way, thank you ashley!
Great place to visit and clinic manager is excitied to change the culture of the facility.
