I changed my review bcuz they are actually pretenders. They will keep you in PHP classes even when u are referred for IOP & keep u stuck. They don't have a Therapist and refer you to somewhere else to get counseling. I… haven't received my Certificate of Completion in over a month as promised! I worked hard for it & NEVER dropped a dirty urine. First, they told me it would be sent by email. Which I definitely wanted it mailed to me Since, they didn't give it by hand. Now when I call the number to the office you get a voicemail. Unfortunately, my Case Manager, Betsy Collins, left Attain. If she & Bria were still there, they would not be functioning like this!. Now ur just a # to them to get paid for ur presence. I see now why my health insurance stopped paying Attain. They knew they didn't have the right credentials. Sad. U really need people to uplift & support u during your mental health & alcohol issues. Not pretend. I thought that I had found the right fit & got bamboozled.
