They gave me a very good case manager. She really tries to help me an her clients candi Langen . She's a very good person. Tries hard to help people and she goes out of the way as a good person to make sure people are… getting the right help. They need, she's very hard-working, very case manager.

How these guys are still in business is absolutely beyond me. Good luck getting any assistance at all if you try to make a call.

The worst medical provider I have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional. They have cancelled my last 3 monthly appointments without telling me until the day of when I call asking if I am going to get a call for my… telehealth appointment. Leaving me without my medicine for a week until they could get me in. They randomly change your provider without telling you. It has been absolute emotional roller coaster with them. They absolutely do not value patients’ time. I feel as if they don’t even care to have me as a patient. They lost me as a patient today when I called (for the third month in a row) asking if I was going to get my call for my telehealth appointment and they said that I wasn’t on the calendar but they would email the provider to call me and get me scheduled. I ended up calling a primary care provider in my area and being a new patient they got me in same day and got me my prescription so I wouldn’t go days without it again.

I don't care what location you go to, they will treat you like crap without a care in the world. I've been to salem, Boardman, and Austintown over the phone and they have zero care. Coming out of spinal surgery and… having to deal with them over meds has been a nightmare.

The doctor I was seeing was the best doctor I’d ever seen. Then he left and I’ve been cold turkeyd off my anxiety/PMDD meds and they won’t answer the phone. They said i needed to see the doctor before they could fill my… prescription but was told this doctor doesn’t come to my towns office. Since my Dr left I don’t like going anymore.

They deserve zero stars. Do not go here. They hardly answer the phone or return voicemails. I’ve heard the front desk people talking badly about a patient they just got off the phone with (while waiting for an… appointment wondering if they ever talk badly about me) Extremely unprofessional. My therapist left the facility and I was never informed, and only interns were offered/available instead. They screwed up my insurance when I updated it, sent prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, sent prior authorizations to the wrong insurance. The incompetence has caused delay in treatment and I’ve had to go without medication. It’s like they don’t even care that their actions directly effect someones well being. They are not proactive, they are careless with no attention to detail. THEY HAVE MADE MY MENTAL HEALTH WORSE. I even contacted a patient advocate who seemed like she didn’t even care. She hasn’t even called me back and we’re going on week two. It shouldn't be this difficult to receive proper care.

Absolutely awful unprofessional practice. They removed my daughter cold turkey off of her medication which has severe withdrawal symptom complications and told her she won't die from it..They had zero compassion it is… completely unsafe and unprofessional to remove a patient from this type of medication without a step down process

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse even the counselors I was nervous about going but after the first appointment I was at ease

This facility is supposed to help people with mental health but their employees seem to verbally bully adults and get away with it. This place is not where you want to go for help

They are extremely friendly and very helpful
