I love this office, and love Deana. However, the fact that you can call 10 times a day and leave 10 voicemails and still get no call back from Jamie is insane. I’ve had 2 pharmacy’s agree with me that they are the… hardest place in this entire town to get ahold of. I’ve gone multiple times late on my medication and experiencing withdrawal due to the fact that my pharmacy and myself both needed to speak with the office and nobody will answer the phone or call back for days. Someone should contact Justin Beal to tell him, I just don’t want to be the person that calls in and complains because then she’s definitely never going to answer my calls. Sad it reflects badly on the business because one single person won’t answer the phone! Came to check the reviews to see if I’m the only one and was shocked to see at least 5 other reviews saying the same thing. GET A NEW FRONT OFFICE PERSON. People already struggle to build the courage to get the help they need and having a person whose representing the front of the business who doesn’t even care enough to answer the phone is going to be a major set back for anyone struggling.

Would not recommend, they weren't empathetic at all to me and when I tried to explain myself , she said I was using my neurodivergence as an excuse. Took me a year to work up the courage to find another counselor.

Never answer their phones. Many times I’ve gone with my prescription because they “forgot to send it in” Terrible practice

. I had to take my loved one there and they did not disappoint. Paige,Deanna, also Jamie went above and beyond to listen and had a lot of compassion and patience. Just overall really really happy with our service today… i recommended fully. They are way better than DBHS for psych. I feel safe and I know they did the best to help my dad today.

They never answer their phones! I have had to go 3 different times all weekend without my medication and experienced withdrawal symptoms and when Monday came and I finally got in touch with the office manager Jaimie her… answer was oh yeah I got your messages but I was in and out of the office all day. Friday’s are crazy days like that not many of us are actually here in the office! Then one of the nurses got into my medical records and was sharing my info and their solution to this was to change their password so this certain employee wasn’t able to get into my records!!! They care about none were all just a number to them. I have gone days without any medical treatment from them because they were too busy to answer the phones! They accommodate themselves before us patients and I have heard others say this same thing as well.

They won't call me back my life gets worse they don't help anyone if they have real problems and I will be causing a ruckus sooner than later because of Thier faliure to help a patient

This is a great place with excellent service for people who struggle with addictions the staff are friendly and Justin beal himself is one of the best counselor their is!!! He truly does care about the people he sees… and he's not someone who just read about this in books so he understands exactly what you are going through and he is beyond professional 👏 plus he always has a bowl full of little candy bars 😉 and offers anyone a cold beverage while their waiting

I was looking for help, I live in Somerset county and the first people I talked to was trying to send me to a place in Johnstown. First of all I am a private person and I have a lot of family members in Johnstown that I… don't want them to know about my addiction because I'm embarrassed, but not only can I get medicine for my issues but I also see th. therapist . Everyone is so nice 😌 to me and is really helping me thru my issues so, plus there might and I said might have one other person in the waiting room but it is like they put only you on the schedule for the time you are being seen.

Good services

Called their office in excess of 20 times during their operating hours to try and gather information about insurance pricing and to perhaps book an appointment. No one ever answered their phone or the voice-mail I left.

Very good and helpful, and they are flexiable in scheduling and payment
