I am writing to express my deep gratitude for the support my family received during my husband’s month-long stay at Banyan. While it was a challenging time for both of us, the facility provided me with a counselor,… Jordan, to help me navigate my emotions and learn valuable coping tools. Jordan went above and beyond for me every step of the way. Whenever I needed to talk, express my feelings, or required reassurance, she was always there to support and encourage me. Her reminders that I am strong and that the system works truly helped me through a very difficult period. Thanks to the process and steps provided by Banyan, my husband has maintained his sobriety. Our marriage has completely turned around; we now communicate better, listen to one another, and account for each other's feelings. I will forever be grateful for the impact this facility and Jordan have had on our lives.

My short stay at Banyan was a nightmare. I came in with 850.00 dollars in cash and left with $118.00. My inventory was never counted in front of me and when I asked Michael to see the video of my intake he refused. I… will be filing a police report on this matter. I asked to leave several times and was ignored. I will be going to the Health and Human services on this treatment center. The groups were often led by another peer and the therapist that was supposed to be running the group often set there in silence. This is a bad rehab, so be aware

My name is Charles I’ve been in treatment centers since I was 17. I’ve had five years of sobriety before even worked at the treatment center but this is my 27th stay at a treatment center and by far Bannyon has been the… best Recovery I’ve been through the reason is the staff the techs The beautiful scenery, and the Cardinals the nursing staff everyone here is working together to complete a goal. I would highly recommend this to anybody struggling with addiction or alcoholism.

I have been to a handful of treatment centers in Texas and just finished my residential program at Banyan. It is operated very well. The programming and structure is different than other places. I couldn’t recommend… coming here enough if you need help. The property is very big, nice amenities. The tech/recovery coach to client ratio is definitely the best I’ve seen. The techs are amazing and truly care. Thank you Banyan for everything!

I had a great experience at Banyan, the location is remote and picturesque, the support staff is friendly and helpful and the counseling/case management is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs… help in a peaceful environment.

I had such an amazing experience at Banyan. The staff is helpful and the medical staff is very knowledgeable. The education and curriculum are so on point. The hiking trail and pool and a great getaway. If you like to… relax and fish there is that too. It is such a beautiful property. #lovebeing sober.

Banyan has been a great place to learn about myself, they have great doctors who care, and the staff is kind and caring. Amanda my case manager listened to all my needs and got my paperwork done in a timely manner.… E’mersai was my therapist and she was on point with advice and listening to my issues on a personal level.

The start of my recovery here was amazing gotta say if it wasn't for some of the staff or some of the clients here I would of definetely not finished the program I want to thank Caroline Claudia terry gerdy kay ashley… and everybody else who has made an impact on my recovery y'all made it a little bit easier

This place was by far the worse place! Everything was a lie from the moment I spoke to someone on the phone. I will be filing fraud with my insurance Monday. They dont care about clients! They just care about money.… Beware if you go!

My name is Roland M. I was recently at Banyan Treatment in Waelder,Tx. I was so amazed at the beautiful Country Environment there. Resort style atmosphere with all the amenities. Swimming pool, fishing pond, pickleball,… and complete gym available. The food by kitchen staff was more than I expected. Simply wonderful. Natalie along with all the therapists and providers as well as the technicians working day in and day out to make sure that I had the best experience possible in my journey to seeking sobriety. Sobriety is the key at Banyan. One person who I hold in high regards is Katherine. Katherine made such an impact on me . Her knowledge in Smart Recovery program as well as being an ideal mentor. Banyan is so lucky to have such a compassionate and caring person that she is. Overall, I would recommend Banyan to anyone seeking the perfect environment for treatment .

I absolutely love my time at banyan Texas. The treatment was great and participation was always easy. The therapist here listen and the aftercare coordinators were on top of it from the very beginning. All the stuff was… exceptionally nice. The scenery is gorgeous I love being here and I hate leaving but my journey continues. If this saves just one person I'll be okay so if you're serious about getting your life back together and recovery is in your future batting is a great place to come.

Since my beginning here at Banyan Texas my treatment experiences were highly focused. I earned more than I had ever expected. This was my first (and most likely my last) rehabilitation program and it went smoothly.… Thanks to the case managers Cassi and Carolyn for their support and love for me and my personal development. Forever grateful and thankful for their service. Thanks to Angela, my therapist here at Banyan Texas, for taking me through this process/journey. Her one on one therapy sessions here gave me a new hope for my life expedition, motivation for my future, and encouragement I need to keep persevering. Regardless, it’ll be hard work. But it is worth it! Thank you Banyan Texas! I’m only 30 years old, and I believe that this first step to recovery inspired me towards ensuing the goals God has for me in my life.

The folks really care about you recovery. Lots of staff to handle any issues. A beautiful place with lots to do. You have put in the work, but if you do things will go smoothly. The schedule is very busy, you never get… bored.

I was a hot mess when I came here. I tried everything I could the first week to get kicked out but they never gave up on me. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Truly. I definitely recommend Banyan for anyone… who still suffers the disease of addiction.

Banyan staff, nurses, community members, facilities have made my recovery so grace filled and pleasant. They are the most family oriented atmosphere one in recovery needs

I was discharged from Banyan Treatment Center and released without my prescribed medication being properly coordinated beforehand. After arriving in San Antonio, medical staff and first responders informed me the… discharge process should not have been handled that way. I felt left in a dangerous limbo situation trying to obtain necessary medication after treatment. I did speak with nursing staff about the issue, but I want future patients to know to verify their discharge medications before leaving.

Everyone was awesome here, they took great care of me when I was in detox and residential! The nurses are super nice! Shout out to miss Erin and the rest of the nursing staff, the BHTs are super nice and helpful shout… out to them, and Carolyn my aftercare coordinator for helping me through the process! I highly recommend this place!

Banyan was wonderful and helped me greatly in my recovery. Carolyn my cas manager was amazing!
