Providence Saint Peter Hospital – Olympia Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 413 Lilly Road NE, Olympia, Washington, 98506. This address falls in Thurston County. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

The staff is great. They do the best they can given shortages. However, I came by ambulance and there was a long wait to get checked in. 20 hours to get the MRI and another 17 to get the heart test. Spent 2 nights… because of the backups. What else is there to say?

Things went well in the hospital after surgery. The rating is high because of the amazing trauma surgeon I had named Dr. Michael Henry. If you unfortunately need a skilled surgeon, he is definitely it. He pulled off a… miracle with me. The surgeon before made my leg over an inch shorter than the other. He corrected the other doctors mistake and completely fixed everything.

Worst hospital I have ever been to, there are a few rn's on the 11th floor that were awesome Hannah and McKenna a cna Kaci that was awesome as well. All of the respiratory therapists were awesome. The nurses in… cardiology were great. The rest of the staff really needs to learn some bedside manners as to how to treat a patient, most of them made me feel like I was in a prison as opposed to a hospital and actually made me cry. Sad but true.

There were good things about my experience. I was in and out in what I believe was a quick and efficient amount of time. Pretty much every person that I interacted with was kind and attentive. The facility was very… clean an organized. The bad parts of my experience though will keep me from ever coming back here. Although the doctor was kind while speaking to me is was abundantly clear he did not want to run any tests and felt like he was trying to convince me to just leave. Once I had results the language he used while speaking to me was very minimizing and even left out details of my results. He went on to just discharge me but when I asked about medication (to stop bleeding) he didnt out right say no but kept dancing around it till I accepted to leave without it. They offered me zero help ultimately I left with my issues the same and without even a simple medication he himself said would help.

Horrible experience at the ER. I walked in at 445pm. Admin checked me in then had me wait 45 minutes to be seen in triage. Nurse gave me anti nausea med and morphine since i was having severe pains for kidney stone.… Then waited 15 minutes and registered myself. Placed me in the waiting room until 1030pm at night. Mine you Ive asked employees who checked me in at 9pm why wasnt i called yet. Everyone who came in after and before me was seen by an Dr. They played dumb and said "oh no one took you to CT?" My response was "does it look like anyone came to get me?" I asked what was talking to long again since my pain was starting to occur again. I started saying this is the worst service and hospital i have ever known. He then yelled outloud violating my HIPAA right that my HCG blood test was abnormal and at a 5 so everyone in the waiting area could hear. That was the reason why i am still waiting which was not correct. They just forgot about me. Waiting 5 in a half hours while i was in pain was horrifying. A nurse heard me frim triage and wheeled me in and had me in a bed in the hallway inside the ER. Nurse and doctor was quick, ct was quick and got my results within 10 minutes. Gave me pain meds and sent me home.

I was in Providence for 5 days recently the decisional floor second floor in Lacy Wa, having my gallbladder removed after heart tests turned out positive and ok. And was very well taken care of. All of The nursing staff… there is outstanding. Butt Naming some that really stood out. Would be Ryan, Sara, and Jasszine. The doctors before surgery make sure you know exactly what is going to take place. And the aftermath when the surgery is complete and what to expect in recovery. The operating room nurses made me feel very comfortable and put me at ease prior to surgery. The anesthesiologist was very thorough in explaining every bit of the process and what i would be experiencing. All operating room staff made sure there were no unanswered questions before putting me under. It was the smoothest least amount of pain with zero burning sensation I've ever experienced before any surgery and being put under . And the food you may not believe this but the food is pretty dang good depending on what regiment they put you on. Kitchen staff and Cooks are top notch for a hospital. Also the entire nuclear scan testing team is spot on. Reassuring me that this won't be painful. Giving me warm blankets. They put in long hours in the basement type floor with no windows and it's low light. Last but not least. The transport team that takes you to your test and back. Is very friendly pleasant when they talk to you. And often have a smile for you. And wish you a positive diagnosis and speedy recovery .

All my meds is brought to me at a proper… time if I needed something if I buzz and waited somebody would come in, and wait on me shortly after ! I was pleasantly happy with my stay

I went to the ER for internal bleeding and heard nothing about it after admitting. I did get a stint for a stone that was already being treated by a different hospital. Nurses were great but the food won’t make ya… healthy.

The RNs and CNAs were all amazingly professional, attentive, and well-skilled. I received everything I requested from them. The food from Food Service was not all that great. A garden salad with no salad dressing is… simply a bowl of spring lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a few slices of hot radishes. The attendant did not return with the promised dressing packet. Otherwise, the food was sustainable. Thank you
