Worth every step. I was in need of help and help was what I got. The staff was helpful in many aspects of my recovery and gave fantastic guidance in my future plans. Obviously the majority of the work that needs to be… done in recovery must come from us who seek it out. Even through the hard times I experienced in my own life, the New Directions team was always there to teach and guide me into a positive and sober mindset to keep me going. I learned a lot from the program and I have the ability to take that knowledge into the world as a happy and sober man. Lyle is absolutely an amazing guide on the road to recovery and I could not recommend him or the team enough!
Great experience, great counselors. This place can significantly improve your life if you're willing to put in the effort to make it happen.
New directions has been a wonderful experience it's changed my life from day one I've gotten my license in this program I've gotten a house from this program I've even changed my life and got 18 months out of this… program everything in my life today they've helped me along the way thank you new directions and everything that you and all the tools that you've given me to work in my life today
Very bad, terrible place. They only want your money and need staff to keep it running. Looking for another review of a different place would be best.
By far the best treatment and counseling I've been to everyone here truly cares about the client and gives great super they offer case management and group therapy and individual therapy I would recommend them to… everyone I know.
I'd like to express that I'm not in trouble with the law what so ever. My quest for treatment was solely volunteer. I requested impatient , and asked for a referral letter . Upon reading it I discovered I charge that… was falsely filed by my ex-husband that was obtained by my ex-husband to get me out of the house so he could move in with his girlfriend and rent our house out. Mind you the charges were eventually dropped because they were false. And that is not stated in the report. I do not appreciate these people stating my charges on dV that were dropped. like they were record like it happened I'm very appalled and discussed with it and I withdraw my services from them. This is done behind my back I was never spoken to about this at all and I also see your mental health counselor there and he never said nothing about it so it's a shady I wouldn't go there ever not when trust is important in a situation like recovery, God bless you all Happy Thanksgiving!
New directions is a facility that is serious about the recovery for their clients. I only recommend going here if you have decided " I've tried it on my own and with other facilities and nothing has worked." If you are… going just as a Doc requirement and you want it over as fast as possible. Then this probably is not the place for you. I've been here 1 years. And I was so disappointed after I started that it was going to take so long. Made no sense! But now I have no craving and hung in there long enough to understand why taking the long road is a better option for me I didn't want to waste my time or money on a habit I can't afford. I am so grateful!
