ORTC LLC – Spokane Detox and Rehab Services

ORTC LLC – Spokane is listed as running intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast… to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily,… it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

On Jan 28,2026 I was shot in my front yard by some psycho, which resulted in a broken hip and pelvic and torn rotator cuff. So needless to say I've been laid up unable to walk, after getting out of the hospital...today… I went back to STC, cause I was going here when I got shot. I was told I had been ""DISCHARGED"" , AND could not return for treatment for 45 days ( end of April!!)!! By the BOSS LADY as they call this totally unreasonable, uncaring, unfeeling woman, who bY some mistake was made the boss of an otherwise wonderful place! I WAS SHOT DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN!! IN THE HOSPITAL, HAVE A BROKEN HIP AND PELVIS!! ITSNOT LIKE I COULD JUMP RIGHT BACK INTO GOING TO TREATMENT DAILY? BUT AS SOON AS I WAS ABLE TO WALK AGAIN I WENT RIGHT BACK IN, TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENT!! AND WAS REFUSED !! SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! AND DEFINETLY DID NOT CARE ABOUT ME, WHO HAD BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER A YEAR? I DONT UNDERSTAND HER ACTIONS AT ALL. She didn't even ask how I qas doing, nothing! I could understand it if I was a screw up, and just didn't attend? However when I was in the hospital My doctor called STC to find out what my dosage was, so I could continue with my methadone....she did not even check this out? For a boss of a treatment center, she sure doesn't seem to be doing the job she was hired for? Too bad too because EVERYONE ELSE THAT WORKS THERE ARE AWESOME, AND DO CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. BUT BECAUSE OF HER, THEY GET JUDGED BY HER HORRIBLE ACTIONS SHE NEEDS A NEW JOB FOR SURE! As long as she's in charge this place won't be able to shine as they could without her....

I was accused of selling my medication by someone who I had to remove them from being my friend due to them stealing from me so they lied to the treatment center and I am being punished for something I didn't do. The… administrator is not very fair and I feel that I am judged by my appearance not by my actual actions.

This place absolutely does not care about their patients and is 100% in this to make profit and benefit off of some of our society's most vulnerable population. I have been assisting someone in their road to recovery… who has been going to this clinic faithfully for well over a year now. This person has been over a few bumps, but has been working everyday to grow and do better than the last. My friend has been very excited and proud of themselves and their progression in anticipation of being cut down to coming in 1 less day per week. This was going to be HUGE for him as he does not currently have a vehicle and is relying on medical transport to take him to his appointment over an hour away (one way) and has on multiple occasions had to wait for his return ride for over an hour in the cold while Spokane Treatment Center tells him that he can't wait inside and has to stand outside in the elements while shady individuals constantly make their way by attempting to conversate and inquire about illicit things, which, then they also have reprimanded my friend for being in the line of fire of. This has made it extremely difficult with employment as well, as he is not guaranteed to be able to be at work by a certain time on the days he has to go in and wait. Due to my friend also recovering, and currently being in remission from years of grand mal seizures, he also suffers from memory issues and happen to misplace his medication at home this past week. He called STC worrying that he might have left his medication there at the clinic and although he found his medication after a thorough search at home, they are now punishing him by not only taking away his opportunity to come in one less day a week, but they are now going to make him come in every single day in order to be dosed and maintain his sobriety. This is going to be absolutely devastating to my friend's ability for upcoming work this spring and is also extremely hard for a recovering person to be subjected to countless people coming up to them and trying to conversate about illicit things, which he is now going to be in the line of every single day instead of a couple days a week. How is this possibly beneficial for someone who's trying to stay away from that lifestyle and people and recover from years of substance abuse?

I made the very big mistake of writing a review that was not at all fair, I will not go into why but the very day I wrote it I was asked to go back for a chat and everything I was upset about was addressed and handled… with grace and kindness, the staff really is amazing and they do care for their clients and really will go out of their way to work with people if we just tell them what issues we might have. I am grateful to all of you at Spokane Treatment Center, thank you for everything you do.

I started at STC a little over a year ago, I had been going to a different place here locally and I was super frustrated, from when I walked in the first day,I saw a counselor, had my medical stuff done, seen the Dr.… and dosed, they were thorough and professional as well as kind. The longest I have ever waited to dose is 20 minutes. I love the staff, they keep it very clean and you don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to see your counselor, the Dr.or anything!!!You just ask the front desk and ìf there available you can see them, you don't need to make appointments for everything. I love STC and if you're looking to get that monkey off your bacķ,I strongly suggest that you give the Professional, kind, and knowledgeable staff at STC.

The staff treat you like you’re a human being and not an attic. They help you anyway they can and the dosing nurse are so sweet and they truly care about your recovery. I pay cash for my treatment and it is easy to… afford it. It doesn’t coast an arm and a leg. So if you’re looking for an awesome place to start your treatment this is the one place.

I absolutely respect my counselors opinions. I must say that first because my counsellor is one of the most tentative counsellors to me she knows me well and she is such a good listener . Some times I may be having a… bad day and then I find out I have to see her . And I'm like Holly crap she's going to know something wrong with me . And as soon as I see her it's not more than 5 min into conversations and I'm crying letting my tears out. She's very understanding and professional. Thanks to those who care you've helped me care agin.

They absolutely do NOT have their patients best in mind. I have been clean for 4 years. They tried to punish me for a false positive ua for alcohol that happened 2 months prior and wanted to take away my weekly carries… I worked so hard for. I left there fast then you can blink. They didn't care. They knew they messed up but didn't care. My counselor Erica that cared "sooo much" about me said she'd call to check on me and it's been 3 weeks without a single word. They're only in it for the money that they can make off of people while they're at rock bottom. I would HIGHLY recommend ANYWHERE else but spokane treatment center. Oh and they have an older woman working the front windows. It is NOT emily... the older woman with an accent is extremely rude and nasty. When I tried to bring it to anyone attention they brushed it off and said she wasn't trying to be that way. She is a nasty nasty rude person and STC would rather keep a clearly toxic employee then do right by their patients. The way this place is run is not in line with the morals and goals they "claim" to have. I highly recommend the other two methadone facilities in spokane and NOT stc. They do NOT truly care about patients there.

Only clinic I have been to and yeah it takes a while to get going but they are thorough. I love Chanette so much, she is so helpful and just love how real and amazing she is. Also love the nurses and the receptionists… who check me in every day. Everyone here treats you like a normal person and I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get clean. We've gotten a few people to come here and working on more 💝

Slow they take their time. For the amt of ppl we should be in and out. It still takes 20 mins or more they wouldn't know how to work a busy clinic. Good luck with an increase won't be quick.
