Redpoint West – Glenwood Springs

I’m all about supporting rehabilitation and behavioral health! I don’t typically write reviews… but I’ve had such a bad experience with Redpoint…from check-in procedures, living conditions, mis managed hourly… expectations in order to hold a job, … the turn over is extremely high for a reason. They let users back in the house after 2 weeks of using in the house!!! That was never disclosed. Completely unacceptable. I was mislead from the start… we live in a very expensive valley, and many of us have to be able to hold a job to still make it through this program. The counselors are late for appts and very surface level. They are nice…. But there is no depth. There are other great choices in Glenwood and carbondale. I have done a lot of work. I would not waste your time.

My addiction/old behaviours were taking life and time away from my family, and I. There was almost no point of return. I have been to many rehabs, programs, and meetings. Redpoint, as a whole, helped me turn my life… around. They were welcoming, skilled therapists that actually care about you (not just a paycheck), I felt at home. Plans and goals were created to really dig deep into why I could not change. With the individual sessions, and group therapy, I was able to overcome many obstacles with their help, including not having drink in almost 4 months now. They are very experienced in all kinds of different treatments for different clients. They introduced me to CBT/DBT therapy which helped incredibly. I've battled anger issues for so long, and I feel free from my own mental prison I created. I could have not done it without them. I want to thank Redpoint, and especially the therapists at the Glenwood Springs location for bringing me onto the path of an amazing journey of recovery. Also to add! I will never forget all the laughs we had while tackling recovery at the same time, it was truely an unforgettable experience.

I have known Donnie for over a decade working in the behavioral health industry. We have had a number of clients find great support, counseling, and life direction from The Red Point Center. This program has a focus not… only on clinical excellence, but client experience and wellbeing. We will continue to support this team to affect change in recovery lifestyle.
