Axis Health System – Delta

I try to get on contact with Amanda Cerise and I can’t . My daughter try to sign on the link they send me and nothing, we stop to the office no one to talk. What is going on!

Everyone that I dealt with here was very kind and helpful. I Definitely recommend Axis!

I cannot get in touch with people in the Delta offices. I am going to find another place for my needs. You people make this too complicated!

I had my appointment with a counselor. I enjoyed the conversation and the help with treatment plan. My mental health will be so much better. Thank you.

Used to be a great place. For months now, it's been hard to even call to schedule appointments. It's not the fault of the therapists, just the system.

Y do axis health enjoy wasting so much my time? Yall make it complicated instead providing help. This is the center for bad mental health.

Can't ever reach anyone

Unfortunately these providers are unable to get their act together! Have called multiple times to get a prescription refilled and they continue to fill it out wrong after City Market pharmacist has told them what is… needed. They don’t even deserve one star.

Not a good experience. I walked In to get paperwork. The woman working at the front desk was kind, but this woman came from the back who worked there and was very rude. She just stood up looking at me and I said "hi"… with no hi back. Other review is right about horrible customer service. The woman was also extremely morbidly obese and not really the model for health or mental health. I will have to go elsewhere. Made to feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely horrible customer service! If you have to take any classes here make sure you don't pay in advanced. You will definitely have your time wasted here!!!

The Center For Mental Health is a wonderful place. The counselors truly take care of their patients.

This place is no help. Not for mental help, not to pay your bill for your useless “help” provided here, nothing. I’ve had issues with the front desk, the billing, and quality care team. Anyone needing true help, find… another place that actually cares. You are far better off.

I love this place. I have seen Melanie Hanley 3 times now and she is amazing! She has taken the time to answer all of my questions no matter how silly I think they are. I have not run into one single rude person in this… office.

Got me in fast and was very nice

This places sucks stick with your regular doctor.. they're probably too busy anyway

They don't accept UnitedHealthcare here but their staff are nice
