About MedMark Treatment Centers – Roswell
MedMark Treatment Centers operates from 1107 South Atkinson Avenue in Roswell. The site sits in Chaves County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.
Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at MedMark Treatment Centers
Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

MedMark Treatment Centers Address, Location and Contact Information
The address is 1107 South Atkinson Avenue, Roswell, NM 88203, in Chaves County. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. It is worth checking which entrance to use and where parking sits before a first appointment.
Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

I love this place ill be real it saved my life if it wasnt for this place id be dead i love the new doctor i love the staff they have today but ill forever love the old staff from back in 2014 they did so much for me… above and beyond. Going once a month is weird now i like it but they became my family so all i can say is just give it a chance its better then dying and really try to work with the program because ive been opiate free for about 9 yrs.. God bless the staff love you all and the new doctor shes great.... Thanks for everything youve done...
The first time I saw her, she was spectacular. However, this time was very different. She spent about 3 minutes in total with me. I don't like to take medications and she knows this. Yet she prescribed me gabapentin. I… wish I had researched it before I bothered to pick it up at the pharmacy. There is no way I will be taking this medication. I am shocked she even prescribed it. I thought I had found a provider I could trust, however I will not be going back to her.
This place sucks people who work there treat the people like there nobody’s just because we are ex druggies been clean 8?months supposed start your steps after 3 months but just because your ex druggie act like your a… nobody if you can get treatment somewhere I would only reason I’m still there cus closest to where I’m from next place is 5 hours and I’m still thinking about going
I need to rate a perfect ten honestly. The staff here as well as the Dr. go well above caring. The utmost respect and care I have experienced from everyone here. They will always care and truly give their all when it… comes to patients. I truly want to thank all of the staff and doctor the Councelors and nurse for their professionalism as well as the care they give. I don’t feel like a patient, they make me feel like family. I love them all. The receptionist is always friendly as well with a smile every time. He’s great as well thank you. I will recommend and have recommended already to anyone in need of honest caring loving staff here. Thank you all so much and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
This place has really helped me get my life back. I would recommend to anyone struggling with opioid addiction to utilize this program. It saved my life🙏🏻
Good place. Nice people. Wiling to help anyone. A+
Poor communication skills. False or misleading resolution of meetings written down as fact in doc. notes. Blackmail style of getting authorized release of medical history or rapid detox. Unsafe and lack of care or… concern in terms of health/treatment. Total disregard for patients mental health and demands of speaking to psychologist or else. No confidentiality or privacy when it comes to psychiatrist or therapist. Consistency is lacking, rules regulations & policy's change to benefit end goal, not patient care and well being. Be ware!!
I give all the grace an glory to our holy father thee almighty! But this place has helped as well !!!!
Awesome place.. Yes, people put a stigma on this place and what they provide.. But, if it wasn't for "Roswell Recovery in Roswell,NM." Really, changed my life for the better.. Now, I can be a friend, a brother, a… uncle, great employee most of all!!! No, need to worry about cravings, you can focus on work.. Thanks State of New Mexico!! Roswell!!
