ARC is the best program out there. The whole staff is amazing from top to bottom. Jackson has done a sensational job with this place and I can't thank him enough for saving my life. The houses are clean the groups are… great and the community is strong. I seriously couldn't thank ARC enough for helping me get my life back. I love this program.

Let me start by saying what an amazing experience this was for me in my recovery! I’ve met some great people and learned from some great teachers! There’s always improvement but all an all I would do it again! Thank you… for putting me in the right direction of sobriety especially my therapist and few counselors who really took the time!

I want to highly recommend the team at ARC. Their houses are excellent, and they have built a strong culture within the recovery community. If you are looking for an aftercare program, there is truly no better place.

Best experience in my life. ARC helped me build the foundation I needed to start my recovery. The staff was the absolute best! So kind, caring, and helpful. You can tell that this program really wants to see you… succeed. I have the upmost gratitude and respect for this facility, this program- to everyone there that works on the front lines and behind the scenes as well. I have been to more programs than I would like to admit in OC, but this place actually helped change my life for the better. Things are sticking for me this time around. I love my ARC family- thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a community I feel apart of, and for seeing my potential when I couldn’t. I had an amazing experience. good, solid program. Amazing staff. We went out every weekend for different events and local places. I stayed for 90 days. Definitely worth the time. Give yourself a chance. Loved the houses… I stayed in .

I want to express my gratitude for the amazing program of ARC. A few years ago I was stuck in a major cycle of addition. I was terrified and did not even want to live anymore. My family talked me into asking for help. I… tried to get help in my local area of Louisville Ky witch actually has some amazing recovery. However God had different plans. I called the addiction hotline and explained my circumstances. They found a place that could help me safely detox from the many substances I was putting in my body. They said we have your bed ready and your plane ticket booked. Fear immediately set in but I knew I could not continue on my path of distruction so I got on the plane. When I arrived in California I was taken under the wings of the amazing staff at ARC. I was met with compassion and care on a level that completely changed the course of my life forever. They showed me how to be sober one day at a time. We laughed together, cried together and I developed friendships that I still have today. When I was early in recovery my emotions were so strong. My therapist Jenn spent all the extra time with me that I needed. The staff met me where I was at and supported my journey every step of the way. The thing I miss the most besideds the very extravant home I was staying in was the programing, we did our classes and learned about adiction, but they also promoted healing with yoga, meditation, sound baths, harp players, you name it. They would take us on outings and show us that sober can be fun too. The 75 days spent in the ARC Program was a truly spiritual experience. After coming back home to Kentucky I was armed with the facts about my disease and a plan that they helped me set up for success. The biggest thing is though that even though I completed the program ARC still keeps in touch with me to see how im doing. I talk to Casey frequently and let her know what my life looks like as the result of what they are doing at ARC to change peoples lives. “I had a deeply troubling experience with Austin Cepeda a couple of years ago. He transferred me between multiple facilities and even threatened to 5150 me—despite not being a licensed healthcare professional and having… no legal authority to do so. Unfortunately, he got his way and transferred me anyway. I’ve been too scared to talk about it because it was so traumatic. However, I want to say that Jennifer, the therapist, was absolutely amazing—she stood by me, fought for me, and advocated for my best interests the entire time. I can’t thank Jennifer enough for being a true support during this difficult period.” But despite that Austin continued to get his way and transferred me to facilities making lots of money on my insurance.

Great program for someone who’s looking to start off in the right foot. Very easy schedule for working professionals. All staff is very courteous and understanding.

I’m really grateful for my experience at Anchored Recovery Center in San Juan Capistrano. I came into their IOP program (intensive outpatient program) unsure of what to expect, but it turned out to be exactly what I… needed. The staff here truly cares and takes the time to help each person, not just as clients but as individuals. The outpatient treatment gave me structure while still letting me take care of responsibilities at home and work. The groups were powerful and gave me tools to actually manage life in recovery instead of just talking about addiction. I’ve been to other addiction treatment programs in Orange County, and this one felt different—more personal and supportive. If you’re looking for a drug and alcohol rehab center in San Juan Capistrano that genuinely helps you build a foundation for long-term sobriety, I highly recommend Anchored. They gave me accountability, guidance, and the confidence to move forward in my recovery.

ARC is more than a treatment center, it is family. Even though I needed to return a second time for care I was greeted with a genuine welcome and supported in my journey to recovery. The clinical care, education… provided, immaculate housing, holistic components and outstanding outings are what sets ARC above the rest. In fact they were in constant contact with me when I was struggling to return. I look forward to the alumni meetings and simply staying in touch. Most of all I felt safe to be vulnerable and become "other focused". Because you see, when in my active illness my focus was self and the behaviors associated with that hurt my family and friends a great deal. Thank you ARC for your help in discovering what I thought was lost and helping me move forward, remain sober an d repair those strained relationships.

ARC recovery is a great place to get your life back on track. They have a great Program with awesome groups and group facilitator's. The Techs and Office staff are amazing they show that they truly care for all clients.… The houses are beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. I would 10/10 recommend Anchored Recovery Community to anyone looking for Recovery services in California.

This program cares about you. From the techs all the way up to the owners. Everyone is real and holds you accountable. The support is unmatched in my experience. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Anchored. While I came here seeking support and recovery, I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. One of the most unacceptable things that… happened was that my personal property was either lost or wrongly given to other clients without my knowledge or consent. These were items of value and importance to me, and the facility showed a complete lack of accountability. When I tried to raise concerns, I was met with vague answers, blame-shifting, or flat-out denial. There was no effort to take responsibility or make things right. This lack of care and oversight not only violated my trust but also made the environment feel unsafe.
