Worst place ever, good luck trying to reschedule an appointment. My son was having emergency surgery and literally called from the minute they opened at 8am until 9am. There’s absolutely no way to get thru to get help… and their system just hangs up on you after the voice recording repeats itself 5 times. I bet this is their way of screwing you so you have to pay the missed class fee. So frustrating, would never recommend this company!

Terrible communication. Don't use this place they schedule your appointments and then say you didn't do the paperwork, so we have to cancel your appointment, but when you speak to another person, they say your all set.… this is a horrible place. ❤️1

The lack of communication between the women who answer the phones and schedule is honestly ridiculous. The all give different information. They screwed up and gave me misinformation. I called last week and informed them… I didn't not get paid again until the 19th. I was told by Gabriella that I wasn't able to attend class unless I paid upfront, and to continue my classes when I had the money. Well another scheduler just called me and said they're going to close out my classes if I didn't attend today, regardless of me not having the money to pay. She then informed me that classes are prioritized over payment and I should've continued taking the class. So they provided misinformation several times and charged me $20 for each miss class because of their lack of knowledge. They didn't take any accountability or offer to fix their mistake. All of these calls are recorded So it would be nothing for them to pull the calls and see that they made errors. I believe it was purposely done, they are finding loopholes to overcharge people. I would not recommend this company, and if I could I would give zero stars.

Terrible communication. They are closed for two hours every day. From 11 to 1 for lunch I assume. Only open 8 to 5. (Spoiler alert. People can't afford to just take off work to call to book appointments. So they would… likely call between those hours.) I do wish my job would just shut down for 22% of the working day company wide so we could gossip. Imagine any business that didn't get it's business from people that are required by law to do these classes trying this. Apparently they barely have to do their jobs. System is designed to get you to fail. Zero communication across agencies.

They certainly get the job done, but that’s about it. They weren’t the worst educational classes I’ve attended but the people you meet aren’t very helpful and communication is very limited amid the company, providing a… lot of misleading information. Grateful they took my insurance though.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING EXPLOITED

Good place

Called 5 times! Showed up to local office off Arizona Ave and no one was there. After holding the phone picks up and you can hear people humming and playing in the background. I thought I had the wrong number, local… office listed the same number I had been calling. Spoke to an Anna on the 5th call who doesn’t know who her supervisor is to file a complaint. This is a horrible business and company. No professionalism and I would 100% assume the other reviews are fake if they are 5 stars. They dropped the ball by not submitting information to the DMV like they were supposed to do and had an attitude when asked if they could do their basic job.
