Crossroads Reviews and Ratings
Your experience of Crossroads could answer a question another family has not thought to ask.
Patients, loved ones, healthcare workers and referrers are invited to write a review of this Phoenix facility. Useful reviews say what happened at admission, during treatment and afterward.
Completed the inpatient treatment here and for the most part it was great, I got closer to god, i met some incredible people, got an awesome sponsor shout out to Mikey, if you know you know lol. The reason I'm leaving a… 3 star review and not a 5 star review is because of Alan. This guy walks around laughing at clients, being rude to the clients, and constantly changing rules just to punish clients he doesn't like. He constantly says (in the most douchy way) "My favorite rule is, any rules can be changed or added without notice!" Also he basically has one job and that's to get clients meds yet he acts so annoyed when you ask him to do his job. I had to get the owner to have a talk with him about withholding my meds that are a as needed throughout the day kind of med. He's just got an authority complex, also he told multiple people that he had relapsed 2 months ago and that some clients have more sober time than him. How is he allowed to barely be sober and have access to everyones meds? I don't understand that. Also they knowingly put someone with COVID in my room and when I tried to see about going to a different room and they told me I was "being a girl" about it. Plus multiple bed bug incidents...
I am going to meeting’s but I need to go get my Chip
Graduated in 2008. Saved my life. Hard program but nothing compared to the addiction life !!!
Home 🏡. When will the meeting list be updated?
Helped me out tremendously in 2010 and have been sober since... But for the Grace of God go I..

They have bed bugs!!
If you're past the need for rehabilitation and ready for the next step in your recovery (IOP or any other outpatient treatment programs) and striving to start taking steps towards putting your life back together, don't… expect management to have your back. They will try everything from talking you down condescendingly to coercing you with pressuring threats of discharging you "against staff recommendation" which could hurt me when it comes time to show up at court.
Recovery at it's finest!!😊
A year ago it was great. This management isn’t going to help you. Go to Arcadia crossroads where you are respected. The manager steals your dreams and knows nothing about someone truly wanting to succeed and start their… life over. The one star stands for a negative one because one person left shattered from this managers stupidity and blind respect in mankind.
Outstanding Recovery 👉 Right Track , Relapse Prevention , IOP , and OP . Where does it get any better ? 5 star 100% .
They have some great meetings there!
God, AA and Crossroads saved my life. Fantastic place.
