SUCH A Mess. Very unprofessional from prescriptions being misplaced to scheduling to 1 person telling you something and the next says something different. You're constantly being misinformed. im surprised they're still… open there in siren. Idk about the other auroras but the one in siren is horrible. The dr there is now retired so now only has nurses.

The only reason I am giving two stars are for the the good counselors, admin, and nursing staff. This review is primarily for the NP. If you could go somewhere else, which can be hard based on the area, I would recomend… it. It would be to your benefit to get your psychiatric needs from your primary care or another psychiatric practitioner.
