About EOSIS – Pine City

17305 Meadow Creek Lane in Pine City puts EOSIS inside a short drive of Pine, Henriette and the towns around them. People travelling from Henriette, Brook Park, Rock Creek and Grasston are all inside 9 miles. Pine City sits in Pine County, and the county’s own provision is limited enough that this site draws from a wide area.

Care offered spans detox, residential treatment and sober living. EOSIS is federally registered and licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. Buprenorphine, methadone or naltrexone can be prescribed alongside therapy. Co-occurring conditions are handled concurrently rather than one after the other. Trauma care sits alongside the rest of what is offered.

EOSIS – Pine City Detox and Rehab Services

What EOSIS – Pine City offers is detox, residential treatment and sober living. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. Establishing what happens after the program ends is worth doing early. Ask how the program handles someone who has been through treatment before.

The record shows integrated treatment rather than one problem then the other. Supported housing is available for people continuing treatment after a more intensive stage. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. Waiting times vary, so it is worth asking at the first call.

How Much Does Treatment at EOSIS – Pine City Cost?

Self-funded rehab in Minnesota typically costs $1,610 to $5,110 for a week of medical detox and $6,000 to $27,000 a month for residential treatment. A price list for EOSIS could not be found at the time of writing, so those state costs are an estimate.

A reasonable expectation is that EOSIS’ cost includes accommodation, meals, medical monitoring, the intake assessment, group therapy and individual counseling. Medication is often a separate charge. Because this could not be found for the facility itself, call EOSIS and ask.

Meadowcreek is the reason I am where I am today. I am grateful for the whole experience and the opportunity. I have to give a shout-out to Al for recommending I go to Grand Rapids to a sober home. It was her sharing her… experience that helped me make my decision. It was the best decision I could have ever made. I'll be 2 years sober in October. Rehab isn't about what they did or didn't do to help you; it's about what you decide to do with the information they give you. I enjoyed my time. It's all in how you decide to have your experience go. Now it's time to get a job with them! 😉💕

Would like to know has anybody else in past? Patients for present had issues with them, not accepting service dogs because of allergies of other clients and fear of endangerment, because I had that issue when I was… there in 2024 and my roommate did in my roommate tonight, bolts, poller, counselor we both had the same counselor and we both put in the recommendations, every week to in your recommendation, like you know that they read during during the conference or whatever with everybody? And then are we both And honor serving at the end of it, and I was told that I needed to go to that specific facility because of my discrimination, I have AI have balance issues, I had brain surgery and I have kiring melformation, I've had it since 2010 in my charge, when I charged them. For discrimination, their answer to my charge, they said I never not once told them I was disabled. And I have proof that I did because my route 25 assessment than my prior treatment center I sent to them on May 15th, said, repeatedly thrilled that assessment and I have a service dog and I have mobility issues. There was many, many activities that I was never allowed to do or didn't feel comfortable doing because I have mobility issues like a bonfire in the woods. I couldn't do that slip and slide. I couldn't do that, I said, volleyball, I couldn't do that everything they did, I couldn't do that was fun. So I have a really big issue, so I'm trying to get as many people old patients, new patients, whatever to respond to my review and see who else has been refused the service dog, an accommodation for their disabilities or anything in that line. We could do class action lawsuit, please don't be afraid to stick up for yourself. It's the law they're violating the law.!!

I would never ever ever advise anybody to go to the Treatment Center. They discriminated against my disability. They did not allow me my service time and then they lied when I sued them when I got out and I’m still… gonna sue them myself. I reported them to the MDHR for discrimination and they lie throughout every step of the way I left there in 2024 and I just now got my decision for my lawsuit with MDHR and I’m not done. They did not accept my service time. They did not accept my roommate service tag, and we both sent something every day on a daily basis about them, not being about them not following the law.

I guarantee all you are to them is $$$. They do not care about people. I was on the phone scheduling a med ride to go some place else, ( it was my first choice and they finally had an opening). They shut the phone off (… group was about to start, I understand you can’t be on the phone during group. They didn’t care that it was a business call). But it set off some of my PTSD (from when my ex wouldn’t let me leave).I met with Jacqueline, one of the therapists there. We had a good session. But,I decided to go some place else. All she said to me was, good luck. Went to her last group. She just ignored and passed over me. They said they wouldn’t facilitate me leaving, that I could leave whenever I wanted. How can I do that ( the place is in the middle of nowhere and you won’t let me use the phone?! It’s the worst place I’ve ever been to. Don’t go there!

Too many clients for staff. Mistakes with medication administration resulting in 2 ambulance rides to local hospital. Staff counselor not responding to calls. It's been two weeks one conference call without anything… resolved. Learned that contracted vendor continues to prescribe medication at increasing dose this appears done to keep client quiet, very unhealthy! As of today no follow up appt that was required after last hospital discharge. Appears to lack ethical practice for women and addictive problems. Found out new management x1 yr that bought Meadow Creek so old review not what current management doing. I tried the email provided from administrators didn't work. Update now there has been 2 more ambulance rides to local hospital and very hard to get any updates if any. Hospital in Mora is familiar with process off "hurry" transfer back. Totally not impressed with this rule 25 facility.

Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month… time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest 😎 Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! It's just nice! Thank to this place and the DUI was a huge lesson I needed to kick my rear end into gear! Let's keep going! SOBRIETY ROCKS! SOBRIETY IS THE COOLEST 😎

I walked in the doors of Meadow Creek on 5/8/20, 12 days after my only child, my 18 year old son, Jaeden Johnson committed suicide. i was a wreck in ALL ways. I was an everyday meth user and a heavy alcoholic. I should… have died, but Meadow Creek saved me. Especially my counselor Kirsten Litzell. It's now 3/18/21 and I'm still sober. I'm even in school full time to become an alcohol and drug counselor myself.
