Great to work with. Very professional.
First treatment I could actually sit in, I felt comfortable and just like the people cared and everybody here was seriously so nice. My council and everybody at the front desk. All of the counselors here were wonderful… to me. The girls are awesome.
I went there when it first opened. The counselor Marie that I had wrote up things about me that weren't true. She violated hippa numerous times. I was out on a behavior contract for things completely out of my control.… This place was one of the worst experiences of my life.
This place was amazing for me. I should have put a review in a while back ago, but I was there just a year ago for the second time and they're wonderful! All of the counselors there were amazing and people will always… come check on you and make sure that everything is okay. I only had one person there for staff that I did not like, and that was a mean older lady that worked overnights and she was just always trying to complain or catch me doing something lol. But everywhere that you go, there are going to be people you don't like, and she was really annoying, but eventually we actually made up and we were cool around each other. Sometimes when you go to these places, you gotta keep in mind the stress that everyone goes through and just try to have some compassion and understanding for one another. I'm not sure how they are today, but over the years I have went twice in the last two years and stayed 3 months each time. The food is okay, but not terrible. Breakfast was just annoying eating the same stuff every morning. They had sausage patties, yogurt, pancakes, French toast sticks, cereal and coffee and the eggs were the kind that look like little patties, because they're the kind that you get in a bottle before you cook. But anyways, yeah you can get your coffee at like 5 or 6 a.m early and go have a cigarette if you smoke. They do allow MAT if you're on subs or methadone. You were allowed to have your phone in designated areas! Which is great, because I don't think it is right for a lot of treatment places to shelter you so much that you can't use your cellphone. But you can use them there at Recovering Hope, unless they changed it since.. but they also have computers there for people to use, handy if you don't have a cellphone. You get to go on passes when you're in phase 2, which can be for however many hours that you earn. Passes are considered to be a privilege. You get "Hope Cash" there and you get them for going to appointments and doing your work and stuff like that. You can save it up and buy stuff from the "Hope store" or you can save up the Hope cash to get more hours out on your passes. They do not allow overnight passes though, unless I think for some circumstances where you have a family situation or something. They do care a lot about housing for you and your outpatient treatment services.. so don't worry about all of that, but do be patient. It takes a while to get things moving, but it seems like forever when you're in treatment :/ If you are a single person with no child, you have to share a room with either one other person, or some of the rooms are with I think 3 or possibly 4 per room. I hope they changed that though, because the girls had a lot of problems sharing that many people in the rooms, but you have to make the decision of what is more important to you. FOR MOTHERS WHO HAVE CHILDREN- unfortunately, they only allow one child per client :( And I think there is an age limit of up to like 11 or something, but don't quote me on that part. But only one child per client. It bums me out because I am actually on here today to look for somewhere for me and my child to go for treatment again, however I am pregnant and due in October and I have to be able to have both of my children with me. But when I saw this site as a suggestion, I figured I'd come share my thoughts about it. In regards to the rooms, they're nice and spacious. You have a nice big painted purple square on the wall on your side of the room to post. Moms don't share rooms with other clients, they only share a room with their child. You can't have your baby or child sleeping in bed with you or the staff will not hesitate to violate you. Take this part seriously!!! I had to see a lot of girls get their newborns sent away to foster homes and family members away from mom because the moms kept getting sleep violations. It is a liability for them if the baby were to suffocate, because when you're in treatment, you're a vulnerable adult and the staff are responsible for everyone.
A very good program here. I have definitely learned a lot. There's a few issues with someone who has lots of food allergies & digestive problems. Otherwise I am very happy with the staff & counseling received. There was… a lacking found with an intern but I believe that she learned from the experience as well! Thank you Recovering Hope for helping me with so many things! Also it is a good place to go if you have a child under school age to be on site with you!
I love this place! Staff is wonderful. They became like family to me and the women and children I was. Close to everyone. They saved my life and now I am helping people again. I Thank them with all my heart
This is by far the best treatment center out there! I’ve learned so much and have grown exponentially!!! The staff is fantastic. Inclusive! Welcoming! Friendly! Experienced counselors! Staff in recovery! Plus, the… ability to have your phone in your room is amazing. This gave me the opportunity to research my own interests and gave the convenience of making appointments and keeping in touch with friends and family. Highly highly recommend! 🙏
All the staff are amazing. Truly a place to go when u are ready to stop living in addiction. So so supportive. The food is very yummy. I graduated from here June 2023. I will be honest.. It's not a cake walk.. U will… have good days and not so good days.. Just keep putting in the effort and be willing to make changes in ur life for the better.. This place literally saved my life. I'm grateful for everyone who I encountered here. U guys hold a special place in my heart.. Thank u!!

Not Bad.
I highly recommend this treatment 👌 First & hopefully last treatment center I'll ever use. Loved all the staff, groups, therapy and meeting other girls who were also mothers who needed recovery, I didn't feel so alone… and ashamed of my addiction as a single mother. I'm a year and couple months sober ❤
