Great staff very helpful
At first they seemed very nice but I would call back trying to get information, the person I needed to speak to would be on another line and they would tell me they would leave a message. I would never receive a call… back. Ever, I had to keep bugging them. Then I was waiting to get into treatment facility, I called the treatment facility to get some info and they'd never even heard of me. It just seems like my life is on hold and nobody really cares or wants to do their job or give me a real answer. Everytime I've left a message it gets ignored, I'm not sure what's really going on. Frustrating
A bunch of money hungry people. Had me start treatment for marijuana which makes no sense. I have a medical marijuana card, the state just became legal and you guys knew I didn't wanna "recover" but still made me go… though treatment, which also triggered everyone in my group because i wasnt sober and i was tired of lying to people that i had a "sober date" . Did the same with my husband, while I was working of getting a medical card, he did 100% have one and still made him go thru it. Money. Money. Money hungry people. Don't give 2 craps about you.
They need to hire someone who will actually help people and not just put on movies while they sit on their phone for hours. Do you even have any qualified counselors that work there? Definitely reporting them to be… investigated.
I think the staff has more problems than the people going there !!
Freedom Center is hands down one of the best outpatient center's. Their LADC have touched so many of our lives by the way they teach the way they are able to relate and the way they go about instilling the life long… lessons into our daily routines. Thank you freedom center
I wouldn't recommend this place. They make you fill out a form for the insurance company. The instructor pretty much said the form was to lie about what they do there.
