They pretend to care about you, but at the end of the day in their eyes you are still an addict. Very unprofessional. Hey there’s no need when it comes from management, the way they treat you is just wrong. They don’t… care for you as a person, just want the money

I have been here for a long time and have 27 take homes. If u actually wanna get clean and not just use it bc u can’t find anything else than the place is good plus since getting a new head nurse “that we needed so bad”… n when Anna was the director things have gotten much better. even tho Anna is not there anymore she got it together and it seems like the new director is following her lead, the only bad thing I can say about Baart is if someone skips line or being disrespectful and you say something then I would be punished by holding my take homes over my head while the other person who started the mess has no take home’s receive no kinda punishment.

I started going to BAART 5-6 years ago after struggling with opioid addiction for years and I personally feel as if it saved my life. . . But I wanted it to. There are some amazing people who work there and who truly… care about the patients recovery and bettering their lives. There are the people who work the program to really get themselves better and then there's the ones who just use the methadone to "not be sick" or in withdrawl but still use/get high. I have recommended BAART to multiple people and have also helped a few people with starting g treatment here.

Best clinic in the area. I've been coming here for over 2 years. That being said, it's been difficult for them (and I'm sure this is common in menal health care overall) to keep counselors long-term. The nurses and… staff are stellar. Especially Shawanda, Colleen, and Ms. Green. These folks work hard. I am grateful to have found them. thanks guys. chris

It's getting better here i changed my review bc they hired a new director and the place is being run easy better they hired new councilors plus they take medicaid so it's free. Plus if u don't have insurance it's still… free bc alliance is being given money bye this older rich gentleman and he pays due all people u don't have medicaid, and that includes if u work it's still payed for the only thing u would have to pay for is take homes if u don't have medicaid.

Just started here about a month and a half ago and from the door all I heard were bad comments. Found 99percent of them to be not true at all. I've had nothing but a positive experience here. Had a couple of dosing… issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed through communication efforts. It's pretty much like anything else in life, and that's you get out what you put into it. Staff has been super easy to work with and are highly professional. I would recommend giving this place a shot if recovery is what your in search of

This is the best Methadone clinic in the Area. The new Director Hilda has really made a lot of improvements since taking over. She has been very efficient at her job. Very caring for the clients an makes sure to follow… through on getting things done for the client. Things changing for the better.
