Lynette Johnston explained they unethically billed my insurance company to ensure the highest bill instead of billing appropriately. BHSI failed to disclose their billing process and thus far, are unwilling to resubmit… properly for insurance. BHSI seems like they care more about billing the highest possible claim rather than the proper one.

Cancelled my intake appointment twice and then offered me a third appointment 6 weeks out. They also did not save any of my intake forms that took 45 mintues to fill out, causing me to complete them twice for… appointments that never happened. Don't bother seeking care here.

I have been going for years.

Jae used to be one of the best Doctors there but sadly left. Elana was my new doctor. Everytime I had an appointment, I felt like it was being rushed and didn't really solve any issues I had. There was even a time I… waited over 30 min to be seen but I decided to go after going 20 min past my schedule appointment time. The front desk person always seems confused and also passed out in her chair sleeping one time. If you want head aches and disappointment, this is the place for you.

I have been a patient of BHSI for my chronic brain disease for over 5 years. My physician Dr. Silas is thorough, genuinely interested, explains things well, takes the necessary time to meet with me, follows my blood… work for additional treatment as needed and responsibly recommends supplements. Also, the nurse, Leslie, is responsive and takes care when dealing with my medical concerns. And Kathy is so wonderful too. In the past I also saw therapist Lisa Zitlow and she was practical and goal oriented in her approach to my needs.

I have tried several different therapists over the last 9 yrs for my child. From the first session, after intake, the child that had always refused to open up was actually talking. We finally found a personality match.… Now my child brings the therapist up in conversation. She still have a ways to go, but knowing that we've finally found the perfect fit, the path has been found towards good mental health.

Not worth the $1200 that was paid by insurance, $300 of which I had to pay out of pocket for, to be seen for 45 minutes of actual face to face time with the doctor. 25 of those minutes were just questions about my… questionnaire, not the multiple reasons I went in for. The other 20 minutes were a couple of tests. But I was under the impression I had an hour, but was put in another room so he could see another patient. I'm more upset about my "evaluation." I had someone else's name in the middle of my document in addition to stating I drank 6 beers a night and that I used nicotine, both untrue. Unsatisfied.

1/2019 - Not a good place to go if you're sensitive to smells. It seems like they pump essential oil throughout the suite to "calm" their patients, however, the smell is too much and causes choking/gagging. I won't ever… be going here.

Dr. Silas spoke to me like I was stupid. Like my mental illness wasn’t real. Like I was supposed to understand all the technical medical language she kept spewing at me. Like I was a project and not a human being. Made… me feel like I was lying to her or like I didn’t know what I was talking about. That I should breathe and that will help my anxiety. I was so horrified by her I walked out of the appointment.
