Center for Human Development – Chicopee

This place actually made me seem like I was crazy or in the wrong . They helped me with nothing and made me feel awful I would go home and feel more worse then I went in I felt like every traumatic event I went through… was a joke to these people and I felt a joke I told them things and they treated me like I was a joke myself this whole place is a joke they don’t know how to do there jobs and don’t help anyone I wouldn’t go here ever again or send or even recommend anyone unless u want them to get worse

I thought they were gonna help but instead made me feel like it’s all in my head. I will never go back some good staff but some are very much in your business too much. Personally would go somewhere else.

I’m so upset because I checked out and I still am in crisis and depressed. Because they are horrible to you they make you feel so unwanted and like a burden They will say they will give you meds and don’t I cried the… whole stay and was secluded to my room because I was in distress and nobody really cared to check but one or two sweet girls

Only a few nice staffs… rest are trash.. good luck if you go there…. Try the star program instead…

Calling crisis is no help at all

That was awful experience I ever had! I’m so overwhelmed that I can’t even charge my own phone. This place barely have any activity going on!

Went in for help with an ADHD diagnoses and the only advise I got was I'd do better once I found a job? Then was told someone would call. That never happened. Really got the felling this place is in over their head a… bit.

I got to the office at 12:20 for my first therapy appointment with Fadhel scheduled at 12:30. I waited an hour in the lobby and finally asked the front desk. They said my appointment was at 1:30 but I showed the front… desk how i got a voicemail and a message that I both confirmed the appointment for 12:30 on October the 7th. They went to look for Fadhel and he could not be found. This is disgusting and Fadhel should either be fired or lose whatever licenses he has because just wow.

The adult unit in the rooms are so hot temperature and some people can't deal with the heat being up so high I asked the staff the heat they don't even know some people have health issues they could die from heat… exhaustion in the room

Want to say Thankyou to the staff. Y’all saved me honestly. Y’all kept me safe when I was there and showed me so much compassion. I will def go back if needed. Once again thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
