Take forever to call in simple medication. They throw me into withdrawal every single month because they can’t call in any meds on time it’s honestly sad they would treat patients this way

Angie was amazing. I get extremely nervous from needles and needed to get my blood work done. She made me feel comfortable and got my blood with ease!

Unfortunately, I had to remove my son from going to this location. We are new in the area and i didnt think i would have this particular experience. The first time I came to this office, the pediatrician came in and… after seeing me for 2 seconds she immediately recommened the salisbury office.........I responded by saying but we live here in Berlin. Once I found out by the locals what that meant I felt that she was being stero typical and made my son and I uncomfortable and we felt discriminated against. My son is an asthmatic child and this pediatrician at this location did not take this seriously. As of today my son has not been able to go to school in 2 days because of his sickness, I actually called the salisbury office and made an appointment with them, I told them everything and will elaborate when I arrive. I should have been posted this review but i think with my child being so sick and that this could have been prevented, I had to let other moms know and post what happened to me.

Dr. Erin Hollinbach is absolutely amazing love her... I have Dr todorov she is amazing also.... DO NOT see Dr. Arumala... You will regret it... I saw her one time and she was nasty for no reason at all it shocked me… because I was so sweet and nice and she was so disrespectful and had a nasty attitude well like a year later my mother called me saying she just arguing with a Dr and I said wait what was her name it was the same Dr.... She said she was so rude and nasty... I would give a five star but until this doctor is gone they get a four star she is horrible

Dr. was very kind, as usual. Nurse who gave vaccines to our child was impatient and not self aware. Sad to see such desensitization.

I came in to meet my PCP for the first time Dr. Arumala. I wanted a form signed for my license reinstatement, she couldn’t sign it. Ok, that’s fine. I then ask for a blood work and tell her that I’m having shortness of… breath. She started to refuse. I tell her that I have health insurance and this is where I was sent for a check up what can I do. L She starts to ask me about my history. Asking me when did I get a Maryland license and I tell her I was 16. Dr. Arumala tells me I’m wrong because her grandson couldn’t drive by himself until he was 18. This lady is making me feel like I’m lying to myself, So I call my mother to ask her when I was legally able to drive by myself, my mother says 16. The doctor then tells me to leave!! As I’m leaving she tells me I was driving on a provisional. In 30 years this was the worst experience I ever had. Never felt so small. Very disappointed in the people who are supposed to take care of the world.

My aunt got accepted as a new patient and unfortunately has Claudia Arumala as her doctor, my aunt whom doesn’t speak a lot of English was made fun of and treated disrespectfully, Dr. Arumala laughed at her the whole… time she was trying to explaining to her what problems she was having. Instead of having any concern she didn’t care at all. My aunt has bad blood circulation on her left leg which anyone can see and the doctor dismissed it and didn’t even bother to check her leg or even touch it. This “Doctor” is unprofessional and absolutely disgusting for treating her patients like that (after seeing other people’s reviews on her), needless to say she will be switching doctors after this horrific experience. I DON’T RECOMMEND Dr.ARUMALA AT ALL!!!

I have no words for how absolutely furious I am with this practice. To have my mother call me in the middle of the day crying her eyes out because of how Dr. Claudia Arumala treated her is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE when… you work in the medical field. My mother was having severe neck pain and went in to get a muscle relaxer. Every time she tried to explain what was going on, Arumala kept cutting her off asking what she was suppose to do, eventually sending my mother into panic because she was clearly rushing her. When my mother started to cry she brought in a nurse and tried to argue that my mother was causing a scene for NO REASON and was EMBARRASSING HER. What kind of doctor even says that?! She’s in pain and you aren’t listening to her! This isn’t the first time my family has had issues with these doctors. No one here seems to care about you and definitely don’t want to help you. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will be sharing with as many people as I can about how horrible the doctors are, especially Claudia Arumala.

The doctor is amazing the front desk staff is a different matter very rude unprofessional and the list can go on but in time you will see yourself.

The staff are all friendly except Dr Arumela. I asked for help and she got an immediate unprofessional additude... I will never go back here that woman was clearly dragging her own stuff to the office...you don't treat… people like that no matter what is going in your life and as usual my life doesn't matter Thanks for nothig

The Pediatrics staff here is so attentive and friendly! Dr. Erin is amazing and always takes her time with us and answers any and all questions I have with thoroughness. So happy to have this option available in Berlin!

So far very happy with Chesapeake Health care and Dr Calixte Always try to accommodate you with appointments when necessary

The fact you all used to be TLC had to change your name to Chesapeake Pediatrics is annoying. There is already a Chesapeake pediatrics. Has been for over 30 years. You are Chesapeake health care. So please start saying… that when we call. Tired of getting confused with you guys which should of stayed TLC. Thank you

Great clinic

Absolutely love this office. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Both of my sons go to the pediatric doctor and she is absolutely wonderful. My fiance and I just started going to doctor cynthia and so far… I'm so impressed! I highly recommend this practice!
