Brightview Health – Ocean City Detox and Rehab Services

Brightview Health – Ocean City carries a listing for detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Withdrawal is managed under clinical observation before other treatment begins, which matters most in the first seventy-two hours for alcohol and benzodiazepines. Structured outpatient runs to a schedule while people return home in the evening. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

The listing records a single focus rather than combined treatment, so anyone needing both should confirm what is available. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. The weekly time commitment varies considerably between providers, so establish it early rather than after admission.

Brightview Health – Ocean City Address, Location and Contact Information

Records give the address as 12417 Ocean Gateway, Ocean City, Maryland, 21842. The city lies within Worcester County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. Public transport, parking and the length of the journey all affect whether someone completes a course of treatment, and they are worth settling before the first appointment rather than after.

Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Where no one answers, leaving a message and calling again later usually works better than giving up.

I've been coming to this clinic since 2022. In this time I have seen a turnover of nurses but the one constant has been Keisha. I've seen her train every new nurse competently while still maintaining her personal work… load. I went thru a tough personal family issue and Keisha is always asking how things are going and offering suggestions on how to deal with my issues while prioritizing my recovery journey. All of the staff that I've had contact with have been knowledgeable and friendly. However, Keisha has that aura of " the go to" for all issues. Thank you to Keisha for being so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We need more like her!!! Thank you

I have been a client for 5 years and my life has changed so dramatically!! I am a registered Nurse and I had lost my license to practice 17 years ago, I never thought that I would be able to get my license back. I did… get it back and I am so grateful!! Every night when I go to bed, I think about my day and I realize that I helped someone and hopefully have given my patients some of the hope and gratitude that I feel!!

I got robbed of my medicine and they said oh well call the police. So i’m doing what any victim does of robbery. Getting clean on my own. Thanks bright-view, believe what you want regardless of facts. EDIT- i was… charged 580$ for methadone (one dose and a drug test). Who can afford this? Seriously. Then i was contracted by Brightview and told to delete this review, and it would be my fault nobody would get help.

After an initial frustration with coming up positive for various drugs I had not taken, Heidi worked very closely with me and she and I together came up with a solution. I finally get my take homes every two weeks and… all urines have been devoid of anything that shouldn’t be there. If she hadn’t taken the time to work with me, I might still be having problems. Yeah for Heidi’s persistence and belief in me.

Do NOT dose here or guest dose. 1 hour and a half wait just to get one dose for a guest dose. Extremely slow, need more help. Horrible first time experience. Staff were very rude to each other , cussing. Very… unprofessional. If I could I would put a 0 star ⭐️.

Don't waste your time here! Some shady stuff going on here. Doctors leaving left and right and staff is not professional or knowledgeable. It's not a treatment center is just a money maker.
