Both my kids go here, such an amazing program. Everyone I have met within the program is beyond amazing and kind you can tell they really care about the children and families.

Apparently if your child defends themselves, against a child 3 times their size and it's on camera, they will get written up.

Disgusting behavior! The therapist I saw would tell my parents what we talked about in therapy! Wouldn’t believe a word I said about the issues in my life. She would insult me, call me dramatic, and accuse me of… things(I was 11-14). This place needs to be shut down!! Completely unethical!!

Been working with Child Focus for 22 years now. In the past 5 years, we've had an ongoing specialist who comes to the school and our home that has been beyond amazing. We also see a therapist too and I love that they… have evening hours. I've always felt and been shown the care they have for my daughter. Those 2 amazing women are Sharon C. and Jenny S. My only bad experiences were with head start 5 and 6 years ago. Our first time in their head start program was 22 years ago, and it was amazing. Can't speak for the current program.

Crystal very rude and very nasty with her remarks. She thinks she is better then anyone. Lies and hang ups on myself. She thinks shes above the court system. The will work againt you make it very hard for any parent to… seek help for children.

They have a five-month wait list, no cell-phone or online registration (you have to go into their physical office to bring your paper work on insurance cards) and very poor communication over the phone culture. They… cannot and do not want to help or offer any suggestions. They just want you to go away and go somewhere else because they are too busy anyways.

I would not recommend this place. It was a waste of time for me and my son and ended up costing us $700 because their billing department is incompetent and waited 5 months to bill my insurance instead of doing it… immediately at his first appointment like they said they would. I asked every appointment if I owed anything and I was told every time that I didn’t owe anything and then 5 months later I received a bill for $700. They say their motto is “where we make the difference” but I was less than satisfied.

My granddaughter has been in the child focus program for a year and a half. The program is fantastic. The teachers are Dedicated and do a GREAT job.

I believe the counseling my daughter receives is a great benefit to her. My issue is that there is a nurse Yvonne working there that is so very rude! She is NOT a people person at all. She is very short mannered with… children. I have bit my tongue many times but can no longer do that. You have no place working with children at all if you can't even give a child a smile let alonebe nice at all to them.the nurse her self is the sole reason for only 3 stars.

Happy with child Focus teacher's are amazing and staff are also nice my two children are going there and they are happy.

i loved the staff it was a great school to prep for kindergarten . i had 2 kids in this locatiion for 2 years .. big shout out to ms.stacey and ms.sherri and pam . the all day class i didnt care to much for the teachers… but once i switched them back over to half days i had no problems i highly reccomand this school for anyone trying to start their littlest in school .. they make sure they are K ready before graduating

We used this program for before and after school and was not impressed. There was no security when dropping of or picking up our child and most of the time they would send a student to open the door, how do they know… who to let in the building. Also, the billing issues where a joke. The lady in charge, Theresa Felinger, hardly ever called back to resolve issue. It is convenient but that is about it.

We are very pleased with Child Focus over the last year with our foster preschooler. She came to us last year at 4 years old not knowing a single letter, number or color. Her speech was largely unintelligible. She now… knows everything she should for a little girl entering kindergarten. Her speech is slowly improving. Preschool at CF has been a blessing!
