Would give 0 if possible. I have gone through them twice for therapy the therapist themselves are amazing the company however is not. Both my insurance and I have had to call their billing department multiple times and… got nothing but a run around. This has escalated to the point where my insurance is having to handle everything on their side by request due to mindfully billing absolutely refusing to help. EDIT: after reviewing recent reviews it seems like this is an ongoing issue that they are fully aware of. That their billing department is no help. Honestly wonder if they’re doing this on purpose because they know we are struggling.

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This place is not here for you, they are here for your money. Out of four meetings with this place, two of the meetings were in a public setting. Then on my… forth meeting while I was having issues, the doctor informed me this would be our last meeting and then what does mindfully do..... I can tell you they didn't reach out and try to help me. They essentially dropped me and didn't assign another doctor a date or anything. So the next time I hear from them, is me owing them my co-pay. Nevermind your complaints and if you don't we will send it to collections. DO NOT COME HERE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!

Waited 3 months to come in at 12:30p today May 11th…the door was locked for 15 solid minutes while i knocked with no answer. Fast forward to finally getting seen…the nurse tells me shes just assessing for the actual… provider who will see me in 4-6 weeks. I need real serious help and medication changes. This place is disgusting 🤮 the nurse was more concerned about who put me on adderall 2 years ago instead of the Akathisia (which she had no idea what that is) that ive been having from my mood stabilizer. Thanks again id rather withdraw from vraylar than deal with that nurse ever again. Pretty sure her name was Courtney but i would have to look at my records, she should find a new line of work.

Had made am appointment 3 weeks om advance. Submitted insurance. Fast forward to the appointment day and time just for the Dr to get on 35 minutes late and tell me they canceled my appointment because they dont accept… my insurance. I received no call or email. Pissed is an understatement.

I have been seeing Keight since 2022 and followed them from their previous practice to Mindfully. I have so many wonderful things to say about them, but if I wrote all of them this review would be a novel - so I’ll… stick to the highlights. In our time together, I have felt genuinely seen as a client and not just a number. When times got tough, Keight was always there to help me through them, even when it meant a little tough therapist love and making me work through the things I didn’t want to touch with a 10ft pole. I feel as though I have been given the tools I was lacking to cultivate a healthy and beautiful life for myself and without their guidance and support over some of the hardest times in my life, I’m truly not sure where I would be today. Their compassion and professionalism is something many people lack in this world and if everyone had just an ounce of theirs, this world would be a far better place. As far as Mindfully itself is concerned, the scheduling and billing process has always been easy and user friendly and the parking/accessibility to the building is great.

HORRIBLE experience provider with a nurse practitioner by the name of, Courtney Kissel. I'm autistic but she kept insisting I have a sleep study. I told her that would be very painful to me and essentially signing… myself up for a torture session....she proceeded to neg about it anyway and even drove me to tears. Super rude too. Instead of getting to know me as a person, it's like she wanted to get to know my symptoms. Defiantly will not be going back EVER.

After speaking with this patient's previous provider and a new provider in the Cincinnati area I will be reporting Courtney Kissel to the Ohio Nursing Board for malpractice A loved one with a complex history had a new… patient appointment after a relocation. Patient is very knowledgeable and is on a medication regimen that has worked for several years. This appointment was to establish care in the new area. It would have been find for the intake or Courtney to say, I think you should be with someone else. That would have been totally appropriate to put pride aside for the best interest of the patient and say let's figure out how to keep you going on the medication regimen that is working and let me find a provider that is more appropriate for you. That's not what happened. Instead, Courtney, after meeting this person for 30 minutes or so throws out various and some extreme treatment options. The fact that anyone would throw out some of these treatment options, one could consider malpractice. Nearly a week later this patient gets an email message to say their case is too complex and discharging them as a patient. Then a certified letter with extreme language that the patient needs to be hospitalized (once again, 2 other providers have shared that is outrageous once meeting with the patient) I would strong suggest the organization dig into this situation with Courtney Kissell. It is dangerous to jump to those conclusions so quickly and without merit.

I have been going to therapy here for a couple years now, seeing Kit Dijkstra, and I cannot recommend them enough. Scheduling is super easy, and the sessions themselves have been life changing on my journey to healing… and being a functioning human. Kit is an incredible therapist - empathetic, really listens, challenges me, doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, and really truly cares. Every session I walk away with a little nugget or quote from Kit that I write down as a mantra. Highly would recommend and so grateful for Mindfully and Kit!!!

Don’t get me wrong, the therapist we use for children is wonderful. All of our kids love her. If I were reviewing her I would give it five stars. However, I’m reviewing Compass Point itself. The billing sucks! Every… bill is super confusing you can’t tell what had been paid by insurance and what hasn’t! And when you call to ask The billing department explain it to you, they can’t explain it either. The therapists that work here would probably be better off going somewhere else. I’m sure they have lost many clients due to the billing. And I have a feeling they don’t get paid until you, or your insurance company pays. That’s awful because the Therapists do a great job!

Update: I have emailed billing several times, and got a rejection message from my isnurance company when it was billed a second time, and am still receiving billing emails expecting me to pay for non existant… appointment copays. This is unacceptable. Still have never gotten a call back from the office. **Original Review** Scheduled appt as new patient for Aug 23rd, was told over the phone @ booking that I would receive email links for forms as well as a link to the secure video platform for the appt itself. Never received anything via email, so I called, was sent to voicemail. Left a voicemail, never got a response. 23rd comes around, I still have no link or forms email, still have not gotten through or gotten a call back, until the dr herself calls me wanting to know what happened. I told her, exactly what happened. She apologized, said they've had issues with this before, and we rescheduled as husband and I had since gone about our day when I had no way to complete the appointment. Now on Setpember 5th, I get a text message to pay a bill for Mindfully. I click the link to find out what is going on, to find out that I was fully billed for the appointment that THEIR office screwed up and never fixed. I absolutely will not be paying that, and I have cancelled the rescheduled appointment. This is ridiculous.

I highly recommend Compass Point Counseling. I worked with Jacob Munz for 2 and a half years, I went from being a shell of myself to a full human being again. It takes work though you have to want to work to feel… better. I also participated in a year long DBT program (a program I initially didn't want to do) and found that it was exactly what I needed. Ask because these people are waiting to help you!

DO NOT seek counseling here. All they care about is money, not the patient. They don’t own up to any of their mistakes, billing is rude, management is rude this place is absolutely NOT worth it. You’ll find better… somewhere else.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!😡 I'd give zero stars if I ciuld! It was my 1st. appt. I was told to come early to fill out paperwork. I was there 20 min early, the only one in the lobby. My therpist came through the lobby. (I… recognised him from the staff pics online.) He looked at me & kept on walking. Not a word! This went on at least 6 times in 10 minutes. Not so much as a "Hi!". No: "Can I help you?" "I'll be with you in a moment." "Do you need paperwork?" "Who are you here to see?" NOTHING! If he can't acknowledge me in the lobby; I can only imagine how much I'd be neglected in counseling. I left before my appt. started. I wasn't worth his 2 minutes to be asissted. He wasn't worth my time as a therapist.

My wife and I both have been coming to Compass Point for many months now. We are receiving fantastic guidance in achieving our life's goals and dreams. We have worked with many Therapists on staff and we are very… impressed with the level of professionalism and coaching we have received. We are on track to creating our life goals with many thanks to Compass Point Counseling services. Brian and Suzanne
