Colton Comprehensive treatment staff has been one of the few entitiesthat have really taken recovery seriously. I am proud to say that I attend/go/an interest them with my recovery. All their staff is excellent in… communicating, understanding, and just being patient with all their clients. If you are looking to start your recovery with individuals who will be there for you, no matter what, please I highly recommend Colton Comprehensive medical team. They are understanding and when I personally got into a car accident and had no vehicle to transport myself to their clinic. They made sure I had transportation And everything. They by far exceed any once expectations as far as I’m concerned. Like I said for those who want to begin or those in doubt, please give Comprehensive team a try and I promise and I guarantee they will not let you down. And everyone there, all the staff is amazing and most helpful..

I’ve been attending this MAT program for many years and there’s been ups and downs throughout the years, but as of late, the last 2-3 years have been great. The staff is very diverse and well mannered. Once you get to… know each one it feels like you’ve built a cordial relationship. I want to give big props to my current counselor, her name is Valerie. She goes the extra mile when it comes to her effort being her patient. I’ve had many counselors at this facility over the years, some good, some not so good, but Valerie is always on top of everything that has to do with being a patient and the counselor-patient relationship. She calls and checks in when I’m going through difficult times to check on my mental health. She’s always punctual when it comes to our appointments together. She’s given me a great experience for sure. She works with me and my schedule. She needs her praises, only because I’ve had other counselors that were the opposite. And the director Jessica has been there since I joined back in 2019 and she is a great director. Anytime I’ve had to talk to her, any issue that arises always gets settled. So I just want to show my gratitude to the staff at the front desk, Ben and Emily. The Dosers, they are great at what they do. And all the counselors that work hard for their patients. This facility has really helped me get back on my feet and be able to get my life together. So I wanted to give them their props.

Colton Comprehensive Treatment Center is a great place and has helped me immensely. My counselor, Valerie is absolutely amazing!! Valerie is the best counselor that I have ever had. Due to her support, help,… encouragement, strength, kindness and tough love when I've needed it I have been clean for 113 days. Valerie saw something in me that I could not see and she stuck with me, encouraged me and helped me to believe in myself again.

Me and my 14year old daughter were taking pictures of the sun and areas behind this facility, not on the property and the creepy security guard began staring at us for a long amount of time while he grabbed his private… parts and began to light a cigarette. He whistled at us and said “bring that sweetness over here, I’m tired of the junkies around these parts” Very disturbing and had us terrified we quickly ran

Some ppl might see a treatment facility and a government paid center and think there wouldn’t be any help but this is a place that really does help if YOU put the effort to get help they will help get you all the tools… to be sure you can get back to living a productive life and this isn’t an employer just someone who’s glad there about to be ready to move forward

This place has made a vast difference in my life. It has helped me out more than words can express. I tried song the program my way and failed for several years until I followed Dr. Rue’s (Idk how to spell his name)… advice on how to do it. I owe this place so much of what my life is now.

The staff at the Colton CTC is dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment for persons challenged by opioid use disorder. We are at the forefront of the effort to address the fentanyl epidemic. Our compassionate,… experienced staff deliver patient-centered care, and we are engaged in training the next generation of physicians to treat substance use disorders through our affiliation with Loma Linda University.

I'm fairly new to the Colton Team, however, what I've recognized is each staff member is committed to providing compassionate care and support for individuals on their recovery journeys. It's no wonder CTC received… recognition from the City of Colton for the hard work and dedication the team has invested in serving their patients and community.

CCTC literally saved my life and without it it god knows where I would be. They are very understanding and try to help you as much as possible. But you have to be willing to change. I've been opiate free for 9 years now.

I've been coming over a year I came when I got out of rehab and everyone was really nice and professional to me. I'm not saying we sat around and everyone just got along so well. But I had my disagreements I sat back… and thought maybe I shouldn't act that way and I went back the next time I dosed and we both apologized and everything has been fine. I feel like most people that have problems is there not following the program right. Again this is a great place im on methadone i have no cravings and it has helped with my chronic pain. So if you need help come here and get help it will work if you work with it. Meribeth

If you're looking to get real help this isn't the place to find it absolutely zero effort is put into your recovery! Professionalism is a word that is non existent at colton comprehensive clinic especially when it comes… to the staff both Maria the one who takes care of insurance and Christina the head nurse are about rudest people you will ever meet they should have been fired years ago1

I've been going to the clinic for years I've had my up's and down as of now I'm stable Yvonne and Jose are great. My consular Ryan goes out of his way to answer any questions, and if you're doing good with clean tests… he gets your take homes in a timely manner . And Evelyn and Christina Maria are great they get the lines going Jessica is a great director and those of you that say the dosing nurses are rude there not it's the one's that put them in that mood.

This review is based strictly on my interactions with the call center admissions reps. I spoke to Michael and Nicolle as well, both of whom were very difficult to work with and extremely rude. I can't believe in a place… where people are potentially on edge and maybe close to breaking due to their situations, these people are the first point of contact. I spoke to these individuals on 08/31/22 and 3pm and 3:15pm respectively. I am adding this information because it is my desire that a manager go back and listen to these calls and provide much needed customer service training to their reps. It is very unfortunate that this is the caliber of staff they choose to have represent their business and I am deeply sorry for any recovering addict who has to encounter this type service on their journey to sobriety. Shameful!

The Dosing Nursing are some of the most sweet and kind hearted individuals. Long as you don't lie to them and you are trying to get help they will work with you. This whole system is all about helping those that who… Want to get better.

I've been coming here for three plus years and it's great. The clinical director Jessica really cares about the clients, and Dr. Ruh is very thorough. I've been assigned a new case manager named Michelle, and she really… impressed me with the way she completed my treatment plan. She's very personable and understanding and works around my schedule when it comes to appointments. Sometimes the dosing line can get a little long, but the dosing nurses do their best to keep things moving. In my experience, the security has always been friendly and are helpful keeping everyone safe. All in all a great place to get off opioids.

I’ve dealt with Colton clinical services for over 7 months, and in that time I was pleased with some of the staff but then there was one that was terribly racist and perhaps several under cover kind!I was accused of… things that just weren’t true and when researched it was found that they had the wrong client, that’s very unprofessional!i look forward to speaking to corporate again!
