About Community Medical Services – Belgrade

Community Medical Services operates from 8707 Jackrabbit Lane in Belgrade. The site sits in Gallatin County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Bozeman. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.

Outpatient care is delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at Community Medical Services

Outpatient care runs to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen.

Community Medical Services Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 8707 Jackrabbit Lane, Belgrade, MT 59714, in Gallatin County. The catchment reaches Bozeman. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

I never could have made it thru the hardest times of my life without the help of Justin Snell. Of course the medication helped but the ultimate goal was to be 100% sober of all things. Justin is an amazing counselor and… an equally amazing man. Thank you Justin. Thank you so much. I had to put an edit down here because I completely forgot to mention Greg and I don’t know how I did that because Greg is the most amazing man and he will do whatever he can for you. Seriously Greg is the shit.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I've been going to the clinic for almost 10 years now, since the first month they were open. I call it "my safe place" with no judgment. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. They're… empathetic and caring, treating each person with respect and dignity. I've been sending people to the clinic for years and will keep sending people there!!

CMS is an amazing help for sobriety assistance. Every single person on staff-from front desk to counselors, nurses, and PA- are there to truly help and really care about the people that come to the clinic. They work… with you to make a plan you can stick to and make everything as easy as possible to set you up for success in your individual journey of sobriety. It’s much easier to achieve your goals when you have a team of caring people behind you that cheers you on and celebrates successes with you but also is there for the hard times to encourage you and listen to the struggles you’re having. I’m happy I found CMS, if you need help or a fresh start to sobriety/recovery I highly recommend starting here.

CMS in Bozeman/Belgrade is truly one of the best clinics I have been treated at. The group of incredible employees go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of immediately and most importantly you are treated… like you are part of their CMS family. Greg, whom is an amazing provider, wants his patients to feel relaxed and comfortable in the clinic. I have never felt like just a patient or a number. I feel like someone that they truly care about as a patient. From the moment you walk in the door, to seeing the nurses, your counselor and then your doctor; I feel happy about the process and proud of myself no matter where I’m at in my recovery journey! THANK YOU CMS BOZEMAN/BELGRADE! I absolutely love this clinic!

I need never could have done it without there help! Everyone on there staff is really great! My counselor Justin Snell went above and beyond my expectations to help keep my journey going smoothly! Always positive and… uplifting environment! Never did anybody make me feel judged. They let me set my pace the whole way through and my tapering off I've almost completed couldn't have gone any more smooth if I wanted. Thanks to all who helped me through my walk into sobriety! 100% worth my stopping in the 1st day I signed up.

My experience at CMS has been pretty wonderful, life changing . The staff are all super kind and patient with you - they are all there because they truly want ro help. My counselor is the most dedicated and just overall… terrific! The doctor is so easy to see, there's no long waits to get in and when you see him he listens to your needs and does everything in his power to obtain that for you. Being in constant treatment with cms has changed my life in so many good ways - I am a grateful person in recovery today because of CMS. Thank you

I've only been going there since April but I have been in recovery for 7 plus years. I have gone to a few clinics here and there and this place by far, takes the cake. For real, my counselor and the doc are AMAZING! I… feel "comfortable "when I'm there and I know they truly care. So, if you're ready to make that first step on getting help. Give them a call and you will find yourself in amazing hands. They really do care about you and your recovery. Good luck on your road to recovery! #onedayatatime

I been going for around 4 years. I've done so good here no mess ups. And I have to drive 80 there and 80 miles back and it's hard we really need you in butte. The reason for 3 stars is because I had a issue were I had… missed my first diversion EVER and had proof of why I couldn't make it and everything you guys needed. Going from monthly to dailies! I had to call a lady named misty who was suppose to look into it and gave her all she needed on the issue. O ly for her to call me a month later and say I didn't provide a time stamp. All that time for her to say there's no time on my proof!!? But aren't you suppose to call and confirm it anyways? I'm not asking for extra privileges. But as a client that's never missed 1 day never missed appointments never missed a diversion or had any bad urine tests. You mean to tell me there was nothing that could of been done. I think that is pure laziness. And sometimes ppl can't make it. I think you guys could of done something. This is ridiculous and I'm very very upset.

You will use drugs again going to this clinic ,the Dr and nurse staff are like thrift store workers in their medical careers ,the rest of the staff have favoritism ,and judgemental about addiction they know nothing… about ,there telling patients there on a dose that there not ,does their billing reflect that ,no counseling ( loving covid restrictions) 15 minutes on a screen ,if you want to get methadone are strips to sell , this is your clinic ,the staff also ask other patients about your personal information ,sign up the state and government is wasting money ( your)to pay for this so called treatment,so it will cost you nothing ,this clinic is not going to keep a staff cause the atmosphere is adultress and real health care workers couldn't stay working somewhere they know there really not helping people ,no gratification , DON'T GO TO THIS CLINIC !!A WASTE!

There's not much help in Montana when it comes to addiction far few in-between. When coming to Community Medical Services just know they treat you how you should be treated and counseling there is by far the best… because they can relate in so many ways idk but I recommend this place to anyone who needs help don't be afraid to call and make appointment it's as easy as calling you know *who*
