Despite the fact several of their counselors have been absolutely amazing to me. There is one employee named Brandi Overturf who has three 20 x 30 pictures of my children who promised to hold them until I got a place of… my own and swore then she would return them. I now have a place of my own. Mentioned it to Brandi who first tried to deny having them until a third party who was present at the time Brandi claimed to have returned them also said such pictures was never returned. Then her story changed, then it was they must be stored in her attic and then promised if said pictures could not be found she would financially replace said pictures. Proof of this entire conversation is available if you care to read it. But how can a place that employee's an employee that conducts herself in such manners be trusted. But then said company said they would speak to Brandi personally, n said pictures or the amount of replacement neither one have been seen. And this was all discovered well over a month ago now.

I love this organization! They provide so much help to those with mental health needs. Stephanie is wonderful there. I’m looking forward to seeing the benefits of their services for my family. It’s hard to find quality… behavioral health residential services in southern Illinois, this one really stands out as one of the best. Thank you CRC!
Find another location to receive help. They are unprofessional. They hang up on you when you have a complaint.
