The cost of rehab in Missouri without insurance is typically $2,500 to $9,000 a month for an intensive outpatient program and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for standard outpatient care. Prices at Compass Health itself were not found at the time of writing, so use the Missouri figures as a rough guide.

Save your time and look elsewhere, impossible to get a hold of a nurse within your own location as there is a high turnover rate of staff and the phone numbers they give you lead to a general answering line. Doctors… avoid patients and pass off to nurses who aren't even familiar with the client

I feel very confident with the care and support my son is getting here. All hands on deck feeling, everyone is polite, the dr is very educated and looks out for the best interest of my son. Highly recommend Susan.

Doctor Jaffri is the worst. He went on vacation and did not leave another doctor in charge of his patient's. The nurses did not believe I was out of my meds. Never got a refill. This has happened multiple times. My… appointments get moved or change and then getting your prescription is impossible. You have to drive from the Odessa office to the Higginsville office and to your pharmacy only to be told they sent to request but with no response. You should not have to drive to multiple offices, talk to multiple nurses more than once over the course of several days to get your prescriptions!

If I could give a 0 star review, I absolutely would. They rescheduled my appointment without consulting me first because apparently someone needed my appointment more than me. They told me the wrong date when… rescheduling so I go there and they said the appointment was two days ago. I had waited over 3 months total for an appointment with a psychiatrist for them to tell me that I was cancelled as a patient a week and a half before my appointment. I was cancelled as a patient because I decided to get therapy sessions through a company that goes entirely through my insurance. They cancelled me as a patient solely because I wasn’t getting therapy through THEM. Sounds like they only care about the money in their pocket rather than the wellbeing of their patients and community. I am so devastated. I was waiting for months on this appointment to get the help that I need and deserve and they do this crap to me. Absolutely ridiculous. Never go here.

Anyone done with Compass health I went there to see Andrew and when my appointment was done I had to wait for my next appointment with Suzanne which is at 11:45 I saw Caroline and she said are you going to wait for your… appointment with Susan I said yes because I didn't have a ride back because I took transportation from Oats and I feel like Everytime I go see Caroline before I see Susan she is in a bad mood and I get that she is probably stressed out but I just don't know I'm 18 needing advice for when I see her

If I could give zero stars I would, I called the doctor out on being late... she discharged my son that day. I made a complaint and she agreed to see him if my husband took him. First appointment without me there she… upped his medication significantly.. he have serious chest pain and the er told me to get his dose lowered back to what it was, the nurse refuses to speak with me. These people are rude. Disrespectful, and clearly don't care about the health of any child!

Saw a Dr at this office in July. They gave me a six month prescription and told me to call and make an appt when I was out. Called and somehow I was discharged from their system back in May. They advised that I walk in… for a new client appt then to follow and actual dr visit. That process normally takes two weeks. I informed them I only had a week of this script left, and they said try a primary care Dr or the ER. Luckily I have a primary, but for those who don’t, the ER is your solution? How about we don’t lose or discharge people from the system who followed the instructions given by the prescribing DR. The other important thing to note, you will never get a call back from the nurse at the Higginsville location. In the past I was told to talk to her about medication question or refill questions. I’ve left her probably 5 voicemails in the 3 years I’ve gone here, and never once did I receive a call back.

I’ve been trying to get a hold of a doctor to get a refill for my son but they only do that through appointments but our next appointment until January so which is several months away and he’s been out of prescription… and I can’t get a hold of anybody so I can get him a refill. They keep putting me to voicemail voicemail to voicemail and I’ve been calling every single day for three weeks and not one response so I can get my sons refill. This is completely unprofessional and I highly recommend a new other place. when it comes to your children’s refills.

Compass Health is a great place to go for all your mental health needs. As a guy, there is a stigma behind mental health but everyone at Compass treats me with care and compassion. Their employees truly get to know you… and are there for you whenever you need something.

I been going here for several months now and everyone is very friendly and they really listen to what I have to say. I lost my mom in jan 2023 and I was on a downward spiral mentally and Dr. Jeffery put me on meds and… got the dose right to fit my needs. I really enjoy my time with Rosa Ciocca. I look forward to her visits most. My son went here and now my foster child goes here and we love everyone. They are straight to the point and don’t mess around and adjust meds as needed. I def recommend!

My family has been using this facility for almost 6 months for therapy and medication management for one of my children. The service has been adequate and we haven’t had any issues with staff or doctors at the facility.… Not sure what is going on with the other reviewers but we will use this facility as long as it is in network for our insurance because it saves us long drives into Kansas City and we are satisfied with the care received.

I'll just let the overall 1 star rating of this place speak for itself. There are definitely better places that care. This place and its so called Dr's don't care at all. If you value your mental health. Please do not… go here. You will suffer for a long, long time.

Caroline is a horrible and very mean and terrible person who only cares about the money. Susan will prescribe you medicine but have you in and out and not care about you and not listen to what you have to say. This… place is horrible and I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone!

Avoid at all cost, my previous psychologist stopped providing service so I had to switch here, will never go back, they only have virtual meetings ans you can't hear the doctor, the doctor I was seeing was very… condescending and hard to understand, after 30 minutes of appointment ge eventually told me he doesn't believe in prescribing medicine and I was probably SOL, waste of everyone's time

They'll ask you a list if 30 things about yourself.....every.single.time. They'll go through the list and then see you later. The cycle repeats itself. Pretty sure my daughter feels worse about herself every time she… comes here.
