Made an appointment at 9 am, walked in for it at 9 am and the lady told me it was at 7?? Sat down in the dentist chair and was immediately asked if I just wanted dentures. Horrible. No common courtesy. I don’t… understand the problem with me but I will just be going somewhere else from now on. I’m just in tears.

Dr Rolf (dentist) and the ENTIRE staff. ENTIRE., are beyond caring, compassionate, and will go to no end to assist their patients. I am so glad we found this hidden gem. I am switching all of my provider care to HCC,… medical, vision, and primary care and will be traveling the extra distance for such amazing care. Back now for appt #3 and I am still amazed about the care and compassion in everyone here. Karla is soo sweet, I could just hug her. Receptionist 5 stars. Karla 5 stars. Dr Rolf 5 stars. These people are heaven sent.

Yesterday, at 32 years old, I officially started my denture journey. I won't lie—I was an emotional mess walking in. My anxiety was through the roof, but at the same time, I was so excited because my top teeth were in… terrible shape and barely hanging on. For the last 5 years, I had been to multiple dentists who all told me I needed to see an oral surgeon to have all of my wisdom teeth removed before they could even begin working on dentures. All I wanted was to get my top teeth taken care of. Then I found this absolute gem of a dental office. The dentist was willing to take on the challenge and make it happen! I'll admit, I got nervous when I saw how young he looked. I found out he's only a few years older than me, and for some reason that made me even more anxious. But wow... he proved me wrong. He did an amazing job. That whole experience was something I'll never forget, and I couldn't be more grateful. Today is day 2, and I'm healing really well. Believe it or not, the tooth pain I lived with was actually worse than having all of my top teeth extracted. My jaw is a little sore, probably from having my wisdom teeth removed too, but it's completely manageable. Now it's time to heal for the next 10 weeks. After that, I'll go back for all of my measurements and impressions for my dentures. I am beyond excited for this new chapter. I can't wait to smile with confidence again! ❤️ Thank you yall again!

*UPDATE* after taking my child to another facility, we confirmed he was already completely UP TO DATE on his vaccines. No shots needed until the end of next school year!! So again, I BEG you to err on the side of… caution if you choose HCC medical for your littles. Very unprofessional. One upset mom! Dental is a great experience every time!!! Highly recommend. I would STRONGLY suggest err on the side of caution when it comes to medical as they have tried multiple times to double vaccinate my child and can’t keep their medical records straight. We have also gone to medical several times and been sent home with no help or answers. Referred to other doctors who say the opposite or tell us no reason to worry due to the incompetence of the staff at HCC medical.

The low sliding scale ⚖️ is actually expensive. I have dentures that I'm having done. I had an appointment last Oct. (2025) My lab fees were $70.00; then January 1, 2026 the lab fees went up to $100.00 a visit. HCC… Concordia dental, went back to the Oct of last year and increased my price by $30.00 and they sent me a bill for the overcharged balanced due!!! I still have 2 visits of self pay (so called sliding scale! ((It's more costly than a regular dentist appointment!)

I’ve had such a great experience with this clinic. Everyone there is super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes going to appointments a lot less stressful. One thing I really appreciate is that they actually answer… the phone every time I call—seems like a small thing, but it’s a big deal these days. They’re always helpful, patient, and willing to answer any questions I have. Overall, they just make everything simple and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their patients. I’d definitely recommend them!

My dentist, Dr. Hunter Rolf, and his entire team absolutely rock! I went in for a root canal, and as someone over 30 who’s always had a fear of the dentist (due to a bad first experience years ago), I can honestly say… Dr. Rolf is the GOAT! 🦷🙌 His bedside manner is top tier — he’s patient, kind, and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, and if I did, he made sure to take care of it right away. 10/10 experience! I’ve finally found an amazing dentist I can trust! -Niko

You really need some training and someone in there professional not just out to reach deep into my pocket book for a simple extraction. If I had the pliers I'd do it myself and not deal with the headaches to get some… help. Very disappointed with this small town mentality! Thank you for your time.

Revised to include Dr. ROLF ASHLEA my fren amazing customer. Helped me in a pinch. Dr. Fawn is the best of the best thorough and the girls at the front desk grade A knowledge. Thank you for everything. Revised I came in… no insurance/ unable to pay no clue what to do. I went in and I had Ashlea working hard to find me insurance. Trisha helped me fill out paperwork to get an affordable copay. My physician Dr. FAWN assured me we will figure out a health plan that will be effective and affordable. You don't get Healthcare like that anymore. They treated me so kind. I drive almost an hour and half to see my favorite crew and it's so worth it. HCC is a hidden gem. Thank you guys again. Missouri best right here LETS START HERE. If you're deathly scared of dentist's come here. They are so gentle. They don't use laughing gas but they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. From the fantastic receptionist all the way to the nurse to the assistants they are amazing. Dr. Rolf is the teeth whisperer. Thank you guys for the years of great care. Super nice place and people. I had lost insurance and needed to transfer care. I should of came here to begin with. They do care and do treat you like a human, ask questions, and try to get you fixed up. They take good… care of my kids and life partner also.

Doctor Rolf is the best. I’ve finally found a lifelong dentist. His entire staff are great people. My experience was pleasant and I experienced very little pain after having a tooth pulled. Hands down, the best dentist… in the region. Thanks.

Rolf and those that work alongside him did so well with my son; whom can hardly sit still. They were so sweet and efficient working with him and teaching him about the things they were doing! I’d have to say that… everyone at this business are the kindest you’ll meet. So happy to be able to have Rolf as his dentist!

Dr. Geiger is amazing! Best dentist hands down. I'll never go anywhere else. I had 11 teeth pulled in under an hour, with very little pain. Love love love Dr Geiger 100%

Best dentist I've ever had, a week after pulling my wisdom tooth I got a dry socket and they fit me into schedule & he fix that without a problem. Everyone that works there is so nice & pleasant, my husband sees the… doctor thete and agrees with me.
