They canceled on me twice with no call to let me know. Two days I took off work to go get my cavity looked at only to find out I have been canceled. Half hour drive each way totals two hours of driving and two missed… days of pay because they cannot be bothered with making a phone call! Now I have to wait 8 months to get in at a different location because their hygienist quit. Terrible way to run an office where people's health is on the line!
I would like to leave a good review for this place but to be honest I've had nothing but a horrible time here with primary care doctors and now psychiatric care. I now go to the compass location in Festus for my primary… care and I'm super happy about that location. Also I want to give a shout out to Megan. She is a great therapist and I would definitely see her again if given the chance. The nursing staff and the office staff are all great as well. What I want to talk about is professionalism. In 2023 I was referred to Compass after an inpatient stay for suicidal ideation. I began seeing Amanda Barkema for medications and Megan for therapy . Amanda is very well versed and knowledgeable and is a great person to see under the right circumstances. However she began seeing my ex who was the reason I ended up inpatient for suicidal ideation. I began to hear more about my ex partner than my own problems whenever I visited the last three times. I mentioned it being an issue the last time I had an appointment. I can no longer go to this place as I feel like my care has been compromised and will be searching for someplace else.
I’ve never heard of a place that won’t prescribe an antibiotic and strong anti inflammatory for a patient that has an infected wisdom tooth and can’t even get it removed for another 2-3 months. Whats he suppose to do… until then just be in pain?! He was told “we don’t prescribe pain meds.” He doesn’t want “pain meds” he wants a darn antibiotic and t for the inflammation! Crazy
Absolutely incredible place such good Vibes good people I called yesterday they got me in TODAY and pulled my tooth $235 all in. Love love love this place.
Absolutely terrible service. They are not at all prepared to deal with dental anxiety. Hopefully not all have the type of experience that I did as I left feeling overwhelmed and degraded and didn’t even get to see a… dentist two different times in the last 6 months.
Worst experience I have had with a nurse practitioner in my life. I was seen for a pinched nerve that has been ruining my life for the past 2 weeks. Urgent care initially gave me meds that ended up not working so I went… in to be checked and was told by the nurse practitioner (I think her name was Amy) that she refuses to prescribe me anything for pain except for muscle relaxers that I told her I didn’t want because they didn’t do anything but make me feel like crap. I asked her if she was really going to let me walk out of her office in extreme pain, without even a cortisone shot or anything to help me get through until I could get more testing done, and she again refused with no real explanation of why. My medical record should speak for itself and show that Iam in no way some sort of addict that deserves to sit around in pain with no medication. Like what was even the point of me going in if all she was going to do is tell me that if I was in that much pain then I should go to the E.R.?? If she doesn’t want to help people then she needs to rethink her occupation because I have never felt so unheard and pushed aside than I did today. And now I sit here feeling defeated and no hope in sight as to what can be done for me to get my life back and my pain under control. The worst part is, she doesn’t even give a damn enough to care how she made me feel. I went in there feeling confident that someone would give a damn and help me get some relief, and walked out feeling heartbroken and frustrated. No medical professional should make anyone feel like their pain doesn’t matter. I will NEVER be seen by that woman again and I hope she doesn’t push aside all of her patients needs like she did mine today.
This is my honest opinion. Would give 0 stars if I could absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had with Phycietrist she doesnt listen to you at all they don’t care if your struggling or not they just want to make you… like a zombie and kick you to the road and if you don’t like the med they give you then it means you don’t want help lol . So please mental health to mental health do not see Amanda she will make you worse !!! Just there for the money.
All of the employees that I spoke to today are so kind the dentist is amazing even though I'm having teeth pulled he is still amazing
(Dentist side) I love the front desk ladies, all the workers I’ve had, and the dentist Dr.Bugard is the best dentist I’ve ever had. They are all extremely nice.
Compass Health Network have some awesome doctors and the of the staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable.
Great experience. They meet my needs and listened to me. I'd totally recommend them for children and adults.
Great experience. Staff was all nice and definitely recommend
Excellent staff very easy on extractions
My dentist Dr. Stayton and her assistant were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this provider. My PCP Kelly Nichols is absolutely without a doubt the most amazing provider I have ever worked with she is kind… and helpful and if she doesn't know an answer to a question you have she will get you the answer. If she ever left the office I would follow her wherever she would go. I more than highly recommend if you need a Dr. to call this office.
I have been going to Compass, formally known as Comtrea, for several years. I have only ever seen nurse practitioner Kelly Nichols. She is the best! She is kind, knowledgeable, and she listens to all of my concerns and… health needs carefully. I feel as though Kelly really cares about me and my well-being. The rest of the staff is generally friendly too.
Dr. B was great, got me in and out with no trouble
Everyone in the office is kind and professional, I barely had to wait, and was able to schedule my procedure for the same day.
Very caring, compassionate and professional.
Well so far my experience is not a good one. I went 2 weeks ago and they did a blood draw I've been calling for a couple weeks for the results and still don't have them.
Dr. Haste has a calming presence unmatched by many dentists
The girl who cleaned my teeth was so kind! Helpful staff and a quick visit :)
