Dr. Olumayowa is absolutely amazing! I was incredibly nervous about getting extractions, but both her and the hygienist made me feel safe and comfortable from start to finish.

Dr.Dougherty is excellent. She has taken my health concerns very seriously and does not try to act like I don't know what I'm talking about as well. I'm an intelligent person and want to be a key part of my OWN health… care. It's great to bring my own notes in and we can discuss and compare and come up with a plan together. I have several spinal injuries from car accidents and I have HLA B-27 positive axial and peripheral psoriatic arthritis that had been undiagnosed for over 20 years. I had to advocate vigorously for people to take me seriously finally. And I've received more care in the last 8 months then I have in the previous year and a half. That's why I'm so happy with who I'm seeing now. One point of note. I was in a severe acute flare and homeless during the end of April through late May. I had been in the emergency room twice and given dexamethasone shots and toradol. They even gave me a prescription of toradol to take with me. I tried making use of compasses services to help get me off the street and out of the rain. I would not recommend that. I did end up with a bag of goodies but no real help. All I got was a list of places to call. Those places were no help and I ended up getting sick because of the rain.

I went here for a extraction of my wisdom tooth (on bottom) after 4 plus hours and 2 different dentists they told me "were sorry but we can't get it out ) ?!? I had to then drive a hour away for another dentist to… finish pulling my wisdom tooth! ...the pain I experienced after the shots wore off was beyond painful ...they never should of attempted extraction ! She then said she doesn't specialize in this type of extraction !!!! I couldnt close my jaw for atleast a week solid! And now suffer from jaw popping and pain in my jaw on a everyday basis !

I have nothing but good things to say about the therapist and staff. They are always helpful and friendly!

Great place for affordable dental work

We adore most of our providers. However, Casey Richards overstepped numerous privacy, safety and other guidelines that have resulted in influencing major decision making for the child’s wellbeing and her information she… shared with government agencies was not approved by Compass legally and she could have gotten involved with court proceedings. She abused her power and trust in my home when it came to my child after neglecting to follow up after a crisis line call. She repeatedly asks for information from my providers about me. I believe this may be influenced politically or because I have set I limitations on what she is allowed to say to my child due to personal beliefs. She has negatively influenced and impacted our lives after being a trusted provider and neglected to work with my daughter once I was working again and not openly available.

I've been through 2 therapist. One just listened and never gave me coping skills, the other insulted my hair and tried to make a bond with my husband to team up against me. Even he said something.

The folks at Compass have helped my family immensely. They have such a lovely front desk and referral staff that have gone above and beyond to help us. I greatly appreciate them!

Keri Pruneau is a god-send. I could not ask for someone more genuinely caring than she is. She helped me find the right medication despite many, many changes in medications and dosages and helped diagnose different… issues I was facing. She made sure I thoroughly understood the medications and why she was putting me on them, the multiple uses for the medication, and would ask me what I thought about different solutions she would suggest. Keri really takes the time to listen and be there for her patients, and is always a friendly and happy face that makes you feel at ease instantly. She is the best psychiatrist anyone could have. Aside from that, this new location is very clean and spacious, and they have vision, dental, psychiatry, general practitioners, and therapy. It really feels like a community space here. They also have water in the waiting room, high tables with outlets, booths, and regular chairs. It is a very nice place to get all of your health needs met at.

Can't find online. They don't post location or relationship to what you need. If you don't have transportation, even you live in their town, they don't let you know how to get there

I have been struggling this week with a horrible tooth pain another dentist office did my filling without realizing I had a bad infection and I moved to festus compass to get help and they helped me instantly they now… scheduled me a tooth extraction to help me and I appreciate them so much I am so happy. They're worth it!

Everyone is so nice here. I'm not sure if its just me but the majority of the employees here knew me by name after my second visit! They're kind, thoughtful and when things are slow They'll talk to you and help pass the… time! I've never had better service than this in my life! 5 stars 🌟

Have only used the dental and they have been wonderful for my son. Staff was friendly and very personable.

Horrible! Since Compass has taken over Comtrea, they have turned a Jefferson County landmark and staple in our community into a joke. Services have changed, approved insurances have changed, quality has suffered,… doctors and staff are rushed through their appointments, payment plans are being denied, certain medications are being denied, and the list goes on... The dental branch is worst of all. Fresh out of clown school, none of them should have sharp things near anyone's mouth. The money I've spent here, I should have a hollywood smile. Yet, I can't even eat crunchy, chewy, or hard food because my teeth alignment is so out of wack. I would try to find any other options available before utilizing Compass for their services.
