Dr. Stevenson sees my brother. She is very caring and kind.

The front office staff is amazing! But the doctor that I see, has done nothing but give be the run around. She’s impossible to reach, the nurse I spoke to was very unhelpful. They get me on medications that actually… work for me, then you’re unable to reach them for refills and have to go almost a week without your prescribed medications.

Clean never wait more than 20 minutes and appointment moves thru fairly quickly. However as with any Dr they don't listen to what you say just tell you what you should do, and that's the only reason only 4 stars

They're very useful community service help a lot managing appointments and other services

I had a really disappointing experience with this doctor. She kept talking over me and asking personal questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. I came in for sinus issues, but instead of listening to me or… trying to help, she just wanted to refer me to an ENT and said they’d tell me the same thing. I explained multiple times that I didn’t want allergy meds or nasal spray because I don’t have allergies — I have an infection and needed something to actually help with that — but she didn’t seem to care or take my concerns seriously. Also, my psychiatrist Maria keeps pushing medications that I’ve clearly said I don’t want. I’m doing fine without them and trying to manage my mental health naturally, but she continues to suggest meds even after I’ve said no. It feels like neither provider actually listens to what I’m saying or respects my choices. On top of that, the front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming. They barely acknowledged me when I arrived. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone who wants a doctor that actually listens.

The therapist Adrian is as incompetent as they come. She told me it's ok to hate people. Kick me out of her office and told me to find a Church because I mentioned God

Update: 7/7/25 - After setting up and having my first appointment, my mom and I managed to schedule three more appointments. However, these were apparently deleted from the system after some glitch, but rather than… admit they were a fault, my therapist tried to gaslight me into thinking it was our doing and our fault for not having appointments booked. We have the appointment cards, btw, to this day. If I could give this location zero stars, I would have. Be better. DO better. Original review: Had so much hope going in to this only to, of course, have my hope dashed after so much work and effort was put into this. Did all the assessments, did all the paperwork, waited two weeks for an appointment, only to get to said appointment and be told the incorrect price. Beyond frustrated, after the correct price was finally mentioned, I was already far-gone. I looked into this place for better mental health, but ironically, all Compass in High Ridge did was put me worse off mentally than I was. Thanks.

THIS OFFICE HAS MOVED BUT APPARENTLY ISNT TELLING THEIR PATIENTS ANY LONGER. THEY ARE NOW ON GRAVOIS ROAD BEHIND THE OLD LOCATION OFF EMERSON. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE FIND THE NEW LOCATION.

My therapist that works at this location is awesome. Her name starts with an A. She truly seems to care. I feel compassion and humbleness through her assignment to work with myself. It's very well noticed and… appreciated. Thanks again.

Since they have turned to compass health, the service has really gone downhill. The psychiatrist doesn’t listen and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. They can’t keep Psychiatrist on stay more than a year, so you… never know if you’re getting A new doctor that’s going to screw up your meds. I will be fighting a new psychiatrist ASAP.!

My doctor was very nice and really made me feel like she was going to investigate my concerns

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them.… Without Comtrea I'm not sure how my life would be today thank you very much for all of your help everybody the staff and doctors are all wonderful. The support I am receiving and have received is amazing and has helped me out a lot.. Way to go Comtrea Staff!😁👍👍

I have been getting all of my medical attention through Comtrea for the past year and a half and they take care of everything I need. They found me a psychiatrist and a counselor immediately and I'm so grateful for… that, thanks. I am proud to say that my scyzophrenia is under control and I'm feeling like myself again. Plus I love the staff, they're all exceptionally friendly. 😉

I have been going through Comtrea for 10 years and I go through the Aronold office but in cases where I have really needed to see my doctor right away I have gone to Hillsboro and I like the care I receive and have told… others including friends and family who seem to need a service that they provide to try them. But although I don’t like the fact that they switch your doctor every 4 years I do like there services all around

I dont know what i would of done without comtrea its people who actually care about their patients

Amanda S. is very smart and works very hard to help patient's in need. She is better than any doctor I have ever seen.
