Awful place. This company does not care about their patients. My son has been seeing the same counselor for a long time now as a home visit person and built a good bond with her and she up and left. My son is completely… broken and lost and will now not have trust for other people. They made things worse not better. I do not recommend this crap show of a place. So upset.

This isn't the company to go to if you honestly wish to progressively get better. They wish you to stay complacent in your instability. They are not looking to make you worse by any means. However, they are a consistent… roadblock to climbing higher in skills, ability, and bettering oneself. Skills taught and treatment are continuously as inconsistent as their ccrs workers! I would suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. You will also find that I rarely leave in negative review so when I do I truly mean it

Don’t call their crisis line unless you want to be locked up for 4 days when you explicitly tell them, the police, and the hospital that you’re not suicidal. Probably just don’t call them at all. Oh, what’s that? In… some cities the state crisis hotline (988) is sent directly to the Compass Health Network? It’s almost like we could just help these people instead of punishing them for using the resources you “provide”.

Please be aware that Dr. John-Daniels has a NO THC prescribing policy. You will be required to take an "immediate read" urine test (UA). However, her nurse, Dawn, will go above & beyond in helping secure the… prescription that you require. She is kind, compassionate and incredibly validating. She is an absolute superstar and one who has found her calling.

Can’t say enough good things about Compass in general, but what made me write this review specifically is one of your psychologists, Cody Bond. As someone who’s seen multiple therapists and psychologists over the course… of the last 10 years, Cody is the most notable one I’ve ever had and I’m so thankful for him and everything he’s done for me. Cody’s not just a great psychologist, but a great person in general and he’s never once made me feel dismissed or unheard. I’ve never cried like I lost a family member over losing my psychologist/therapist like I have today. I’m so happy for Cody and his future endeavors but I’m so sad that I’m losing him. Compass has a good one in Cody Bond and I’m so happy to see Compass recognizing him for what he does. He definitely deserves this. Cody, if you see this, thank you so much and have a wonderful life!!! 🤗

I was seeking psychological support. Someone claiming to be the program director tried to convince me that psychological and psychiatric are the same thing and was fairly insistent on pushing a psychiatric program at… me. I don’t know if she was an imposter or merely incompetent, but she absolutely is not qualified to be a mental health program director when she isn’t cognizant of the two very different fields of mental health.

Compass Health is an asset to our community by providing a network of professionals who specialize in mental health services, substance use disorders and also dental services for a more healthy community overall.… Compass provides on site access to informative and educational groups that meet Monday through Friday to cover a wide variety of topics ranging from Grief/Loss, Wellness Coaching, Anger Management, Trauma Process, Relapse Prevention and Fun In Recovery. The greatest thing about Compass health is you're treated not as a diagnosis or chart number and the workers truly are stellar. The Integrated Health Specialist will advocate and go the distance to provide tools of wellness.
