About Concord Metro Treatment Center – Concord

Concord Metro Treatment Center operates from 100 Hall Street in Concord. The site sits in Merrimack County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Franklin, Hooksett and Raymond. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program, telehealth appointments and care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Concord Metro Treatment Center

Intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Trauma-specific services run alongside, which matters where the two are tangled together. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated in the same building rather than split across providers.

Concord Metro Treatment Center Address, Location and Contact Information

The address is 100 Hall Street, Concord, NH 03301, in Merrimack County. The catchment reaches Franklin, Hooksett and Raymond. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.

Telehealth appointments cover some contact where travel is difficult, which removes part of the journey for people further out. Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Staff is great.

★★☆☆☆
Honest Reviewer1 month ago

I've been going here for a few months. firstly, the staff here is great. the one unfortunate exception is the intake doctor. he was perfectly kind and professional to my face, but he told me he was starting me on a… particular dose, and when I went to receive my dose, it was over 30% lower than what he had told me. when I asked them to check with the doctor, he acted like I was lying. except I'd seen him read it off of a document, so it's not even like he pulled it out of thin air when he told me, he had clearly changed his mind or something. if there's one thing I can't stand, it's medical providers who lie, especially about what and how much they're about to prescribe. on top of that, I'm an addict (because some other doctor decided to put me on oxycontin and fentanyl when I didn't need it, screw doctors), meaning I'm accustomed to people thinking I'm lying, especially medical professionals. this is the last place I expected this kind of BS. you shouldn't have to expect it either, but now you do. to the doctor, I get that your career hasn't gone exactly where you wanted it to. that doesn't give you an excuse to behave this way doctors like this are usually vindictive too, so I waited over a month to leave this review so they can't figure out who I am, because he would definitely try to punish me. if you screwed up, you screwed up. don't make it sound like I'm making things up just because you screwed up. I gave this place an extra star because of how nice the staff is, but please be fully expected to be lied to by the intake doctor.

I think the staff does a great job at New Season Concord, N. H. I constantly hear people talking bad about the clinic, and just putting it down. My thoughts would be that more then likely they probably would never open… such a place of there wasn't proof of it working. Or should I say, if the success rate wasn't there. But anyways, in all reality, it honestly is what you make of it. You basically figure out how you want your goal of sobriety to go, with the help needed from the Doctor, Nurses, and the rest of the staff. And at the end of the day, you just continue to reach for the stars and never give up! Thank You again, New Season Patient

Great clinic. Awesome people. Jill is the most caring, professional, and hard working counselor I’ve ever had the the luck of being assigned to. Sharon the director is awesome as well. Only complaint which should not… steer you away from this place but there is one nurse there has the absolute worst work ethic I have ever seen in my entire life. She hung up on me and told me to stop calling when I was trying to figure out what was going on with a fax while I was guest dosing in FL. The clinic was kicking me out in ten minutes because of closing time and I’m desperately trying to stay sober. You’d think everyone in this line of work would have some compassion for what we go through and deal with but unfortunately that’s just not the truth. Just there for a paycheck and go home. Thanks a lot Mary-Anne. Appreciate it. (All of the other nurses are insanely helpful and caring)

Love my counselor Lindsey! Not very private or confidential but at this point I'm just happy to be 6 days sober! 😇
