Dignity Health – Los Angeles

It was the er and my injury wasn't life threatening so obviously there was a wait.. but everyone was courteous and attentive

My experience here was excellent. All the medical staff were kind and courteous. I was cared with respect and dignity.

Im glad I chose Dignity health for my visit , all the staff was great, patient , helfull and kind. They all took good care of me from pain level to X rays taken. My pain was @10+ and the comfirtness I felt was well… notice. I highly recomend anyone to chose dignity health @California Medical center for there next visit.

The weight was way too long. I got ran over by a car and they made me wait in the waiting room for so long. I was in so much pain I had to get up myself for me to get the results of my x-ray. I had arrived at the… hospital at 2 o’clock during the day I didn’t leave that hospital. Well I didn’t leave the hospital until 2 o’clock in the morning. I missed my train and I also told the doctors that I needed to hurry up and leave because I have one more training, and I miss my train. I had a wheeled, wheeled myself all the way home in a wheelchair for the first time that was the worst experience I had.

They provide excellent patient care; the doctor, the nurses, and the secretaries are all outstanding. Thank you, thank you!

Terrible experience at the Los Angeles Center for Women's Health. Despite a confirmed appointment, I was left waiting over an hour with zero updates, apologies, or communication from staff. Managing two surgical drains… while waiting in oppressive heat made this physically grueling. To top it off, front desk staff promised a callback to schedule my six-week follow-up so I wouldn't have to wait in line again, and they never called. Completely unprofessional patient care.

Yesterday was my first surgery ever and it was my first time at the hospital. It's a beautiful and very clean place. I was so well taken care of by the staff that prepped me for surgery. They were all very nice, kind… and professional. Even the security guards were nice to me when I entered the building. What also impressed me was the mission statement that I read on the wall before I got in the elevator. It was beautiful and l could tell by the way I was treated by the staff that they live out the mantra. I'd like to know who the head person in charge is so that l can send them a thank you card

My mom was brought here a couple of weeks ago via ambulance, she’s an 86 year old lady that’s insulin dependent. Not only did she waited hrs to be seen but when she finally got her room and got lunch she got “regular”… diet , the nurses were well aware of this… terrible service! On top of all of that once we got her belongings at discharge time her jewelry wasn’t there.

Never go to your Er in life again! Last time I came for miniscus problem and was ultrasounded to make sure I didn't have a blood clot! This time I was there for an UltraSound and was there 4hrs waiting with No… resolution so I left!
