Haven at College – Los Angeles

The Haven at College is the best mental health resource I have ever used. I was struggling in every aspect of my life when I started their virtual IOP program and after finishing their program, I can say with full… certainty that they changed my life for the better. In this program I learned how to balance self care, school, life, and my mental health. The skills I was taught and the relationships I built while in the program will continue to serve me throughout the rest of my life and have already come in handy during times of distress. I am so grateful to have been a part of this program and highly recommend the program to anyone who is seeking mental health or addiction recovery help. College is a really difficult time for a multitude of reasons, but The Haven taught me how to better handle these difficulties and thrive while in college and other tough circumstances.
