Fraser Coon Rapids – Minneapolis

It took a really long time to get an appointment with fraser and the assessment completed, we did have to re-do the first part and were charged for both first part of the assessments. However once we made it through and… a diagnosis was made, the services have been pretty good. Once we finish with one part of therapy another waitlist finishes up and its our turn. Also my kid loves the OT therapists and OT.

Currently being seen here for my daughter and I am impressed! We did have one conflict with scheduling but they fixed it and were able to reschedule us in a reasonable amount of time. Our family feels very supported… with Fraser. Everyone Ive talked to has been so kind, especially Kendall! She has great communication skills. We picked the right place for our daughter.

Don't waste your time, nerves and money!!! Because as a result your child will not be assessed, they will say that the child speaks two languages ​​and we don't assess such people - they will tell you this after the… testing!!!! This is a country of emigrants, everyone here knows two or three languages, this does not prevent other centers from assessing!!! But it does prevent this company!!! Discrimination in its purest form.

I do not recommend this organization. Well, firstly, the workers, psychologists are incompetent. Secondly, they are racist towards you and your child. I waited almost 2 years for an assessment, and when the time came,… they did not assess my child, said that we are refugees, we have stress, and they will not assess the child on the autism scale/gram. Because the specialist cannot make an assessment because he does not know the child's language, although the child speaks 80% English, and there was an interpreter with us and translated every word of the child!!!!!!! That is, they can assess the level of development, communication, and not knowing the language does not interfere, but to make an assessment for autism - what interferes is not knowing the child's language. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, LONG WAITING, PREJUDICED ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CHILD. THEY DO NOT ASSESS CHILDREN WHO KNOW ANOTHER LANGUAGE OTHER THAN English!!! AND AS A RESULT YOU WILL NOT GET A QUALIFIED ASSESSMENT!!!! THEY TELL YOU TO COME IN 2 YEARS, SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, NERVES!!!

My boy could not even talk at all.And now he says complete sentences and his behaviors have gotten a whole lot better

Been trying to make an appointment for my son since October of last year. Have talked to three different people on three separate days all of which said they would get back to me when an appointment opens up. All three… of them have told me the same thing still have no appointment set up. The staff does not communicate to one another. And they're sending me voicemails at 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. but when I call them in the morning nobody answers or if you're lucky after waiting on hold for 20 to 30 minutes they'll hang up on you.

0 stars! Submitted the form 2019/2020 and did not hear back for 3 yrs. When they finally reached out, they asked for another form to be filled and silence again. I guess we'll hear back after my child is too old for… their help.

They don't respect the client

Let me start with my frustration I call them to get appointment for my child and they don’t even pick up the phone they say the line is busy but I been calling them on time 9:00am when they open and now one answer they… hold me at least an hour then the line hangs up I don’t know what to do . No respect and no understanding unbelievable .

My son has come a long way since he's been going to Fraser. Started out nonverbal and can now say 3 word sentences! This site is currently in need of a new OT. (Old review). New review: When your child goes on a therapy… break there is no guarantee that they will get back in when the break is over. We had that nightmare! We eventually did get him back in but it was an extended therapy break one by a couple weeks the other over a month.
